The Institute of Network Cultures (INC) is in transition. As of September 2026, we have ceased to exist as an Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences research group. We are currently figuring out how to continue working as a self-organized, unfunded cultural organization. We will, in our new organizational form, continue to analyze and shape the terrain of network cultures through events, publications, and online dialogue. Our projects revolve around urgent publishing, streaming media, alternative revenue models, internet aesthetics, digital counterculture, and much more.
