Rip Haywire comic

I thought this would be fun to share with Rip Haywire fans

I took the initiative to kind of explain Rip Haywire to new readers…following in the footsteps of the great adventure comics and created a Phantom-esque “for those who came in late…” styled week of strips for new readers whose newspapers picked up Rip Haywire…No idea if they will ever use this but it’s in the system and can be used.  I’m now also trying to focus on shorter stories if you can believe it…this strip is always under construction until it starts to work for me instead of me working for it…still the most fun i’ve ever had…(besides Brevity) But not an easy sell to newspaper editors…but to the editors who take a chance on Rip Haywire I and the readers thank you!

Anthony VanArsdale sent some fan art my way of Breezy, Rip’s newest gal pal. Anthony told me he worked up this piece  from the 3rd panel of the strip she first appeared in. He also wrote jokingly:

“P.S. Breezy can give me a ride in her copter anytime she wants! That  is assuming she gets a new one.”

2013 here we come!  Buy my books I’m broke! (but who isn’t)  Sorry for the delay on fixing the site I had to change hosts to run comicpress. The host I was with slowed the site to a halt. After of course I paid that host for the full year…I had no choice but to move to another…

This is funny…I play xbox360 and I created an avatar a while back of Rip Haywire for kicks…they really need to add a squinty eye to choose…I’ve been trying to play Skyrim but I got an arrow to the knee. wah-wah-wahhh
