VR welcomes submissions in all areas of Victorian studies from scholars at all career stages.

We publish the best international research and provide critical reviews of new work in the field by experts from around the world. Each issue features a Forum in which leading and emerging scholars are invited to address a topic of current interest in short, op-ed style essays.

The journal began publication in 1972 and is published twice annually by Johns Hopkins University Press.
