As some of our users seem very concerned about this change, even though the change won’t have any real effect on normal usage, we have made the optimization of the mode list totally optional and it is disabled by default.

For this reason, SSB is no longer listed in our mode lists. Existing QSO’s marked SSB remain unchanged but new QSO’s should only be identified as USB or LSB. These changes ONLY apply to the mode list menu’s for NEW QSO’s, editing OLD QSO’s still provides SSB as a selection.
