City Road Project - 3rd St North Reconstruction
**10/22/2026 UPDATE: 3rd Street Reconstruction Project**
Crews will be finishing up placing the gravel today, October 22. They will do a final clean up to prepare for curb and gutter on Friday, October 23.
Next week, concrete crews will be back and working to complete the sidewalk and the remainder of curb and gutter. This work is intrusive and the street will be very busy with construction equipment. You will receive a flyer on your door of what dates and times you cannot park in your driveway or on the street. Once curb and gutter is poured you are allowed to park in front of your home. The current schedule estimates this work will start on Tuesday, October 27 or Wednesday, October 28. A final date has not been selected.
Residents can expect increased construction traffic and equipment in the project area as work gets underway. Access impacts and additional construction updates will be provided as work progresses and schedules are confirmed.
