I ordered this controller because it came with a phone bracket and looked to work with android.

When I got it, I was dismayed that it didn't include the game bracket that it's advertised with. However, when I sent a message to Gamesir to let them know the issue, that very day they responded and ordered me the Gw wired variant of the controller that had the bracket because they were out of stock of the game brackets themselves. The order came when it said it would and I'm actually pleased with the bracket and the wired controller too.

I use the controller primarily for emulation which means that, though I know for a fact that the vibrate motors work in the controller, the emulators I use don't relay the vibration. I can't mark this controller down for that.

The joysticks are responsive, the buttons feel crisp when pressed and the turbo fire works although, once more, we run into emulator issues where it works so fast that they don't acknowledge most of the button presses.

That's not a deal breaker because, the only game I need that for is ff8 to take advantage of the turbo fire glitch involving speed ammo and wassisname the sharpshooter. So, that's not a big deal.

The battery life to the controller is phenomenal and it charges with micro USB. It also came with a wireless USB dongle for PC support. I have tried that out yet, but I'll update this review when I do.

I was also pleased that it loads custom gamepad drivers with its name when you turn it on and doesn't just run off the android basic drivers that the Matricom xyba controller does.

Speaking of, although they look similar, having had the opportunity to use both, I thoroughly recommend this controller over theirs because its form factor seems to compliment my hand more easily despite them looking similar.

Overall I'm thoroughly pleased with this purchase and glad I put the money into get the controller because it has been excellent despite the missing bracket. Also going to rate Gamesir 5 *'s due to their excellent handling of the situation and speedy response.

My specific one I got had overheated and cracked both of the circuit boards melted the solder connecting some the wires to the boards and burnt the connecting 8 pinned cable but I got a full year of service out of my little gamesir G3S and I'm getting a new in a few days if have a problem similar to mine where the controller just

Stops working contact the support team if you got the warranty like I did but I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the controller it works amazingly with every phone I tested it on and the set up was surprisingly easy for a Bluetooth prefered device (I say "prefered" due to the controller to phone wire greatly decreased its performance but overall barely noticeable to regular eyes but mine being backed by OCD very noticeable) the Bluetooth connection is very snappy and the inputs are instant in short I could have decreased my rating by one star but since it lasted so long without issue I would be lying if I said 4 out of 5 though the durability could be expanded upon with a slightly bigger heat sink I the G3S because I simply didn't have the funds or patients to get the G4S or G5 besides that if you're on a budget and you wouldn't mind spending 30 to 45 on a Bluetooth controller I highly recommend the G3S for its dependability and speed but keep in mind that you may need the warranty if you're a hardcore mobile gamer who likes to play on console as well

I love this controller, but it's certainly not perfect. It's feels really nice, plays great. I originally got it for my android, but soon used it for pc gaming. I've been using it for years without too many issues. Occasionally, however, the controller freezes on me, forcing me to grab a needle to reset it; this can be rather troublesome mid-gameplay. Another small complaint is the wireless range, it doesn't reach very far, and any obstacles, no matter how minor, will hinder it.

I recommended this to my boyfriend, which he then bought. His controller came with even more problems, that mine had not. His controller has connection issues, sometimes it takes multiple tries to connect it to a device, via bluetooth or even wired. Next, it randomly disconnects when using it, with the lights starting to blink constantly. Using it in wired mode prevents any random disconnects, however, if left off for a few minutes, it has trouble connecting again.

I feel like I'm giving it too high of a rating for how many issues it has, but I still enjoy using it, and will continue doing so, until I upgrade to something better anyways.

Controller works great except the bracket doesn't hold the phone (lgv20) that well. A few movements of the controller sends the phone flying off the bracket. Quite annoying.

Phone pairs pretty quickly without issue with the controller.

Also, the 3 in 1 USB gift was missing which was the primary reason I got it from this listing.

I was under the impression this controller actually had full functional value, even if it's bluetooth capability is ridiculous, I was really liking it, until the right trigger stopped working. I took it apart, put it back together, and then the left trigger stopped working, even though the right started working. I didn't even modify the right trigger; I thought their might be junk or what not, but I can guarantee that on top of it's lack luster promise of 'bluetooth' tech (it's actually wireless if you want complete controller support, even for android), this controller's contacts are compromised on the inside for the triggers, at least on my product.

What an amazing controller! I plugged the wireless USB receiver into my raspberry pi and the controller was automatically detected as a wired xbox 360 controller by the pi, meaning setup was effortless. I actually prefer this to the 8bitdo SF30 Pro, because of comfort. It may not look as cool to play retro games with something that looks so modern, but controllers have evolved for a reason - and I think the reason here is just that. Comfort.

Not sure how this would do with a bluetooth connection or anything other than a raspberry pi, but for my use - it's amazing. The mount is durable and easy to remove. The center button turns it on and off. The buttons feel pretty much just like a 360 controller, to me. Excellent battery life..gosh I'm on day 3 of playing a couple hours per day and I didn't even charge it out of the box. Good "weight" balance to it.

Position of start and select buttons is a little too high for my thumb's natural instinct. Would like to see them moved. Ideally, would also like to see the gamesir have this same controller with touchpad akin to the ps4 right there in the center. Emulating DS games would be much more enjoyable.

Holy crap I've never had a controller like this. From Android to PC it is perfect! Super easy to set up for everything so far.

I just wanted to say that this is still the best controller I ever bought, the only problem I have had is I recently tried to play Furi on PC, which is very fast paced and intense boss battle game. Maybe it just was low on the battery but I ended up using the Xbox One controller but other than that it is super perfect in every way.

I love the happy chick emulator that works with almost every console and mobile console emulator. I never had a PSP and now I get to play these games which is great considering the PSP isn't that old.

Not only is this great for emulating old school games but I can stream my PC games to my Android device, and use this controller with no problem. I just use Remotr app, and its FREE!

Normally when people edit their reviews it's to say that there is an issue with the product that came up later, but this is not the case. If I have a problem I will say something, but as of yet I plan on buying another one as a gift.

I bought this controller for use with an HTC Vive VR headset. I'm running Windows 10, gtx 1080 graphics card, with plenty of RAM and CPU to handle most games. This device is advertised as supporting wireless (wifi), bluetooth or wired. I really didn't want to mess around with another wired controller in VR, so this seemed to be a good choice. Neither the wireless or bluetooth standard connections are used when connecting to a PC, but rather you need to use their crappy little USB dongle. I have 2.4G wireless, and my PC supports bluetooth, but no, have to use their dongle and take up a USB slot. Fine! The connection is driverless in Win10, which is easy, but not easy to troubleshoot.

The problem I'm having is that midway through a game the controller will suddenly loses contact with the system. The connection light on it starts flashing, and of course it stops working in-game. I have to shut off the controller and turn it back on and that usually works 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time it requires me to remove the USB dongle and plug it back in, and then reset the controller. Naturally this means removing the VR headset and earphones, reset the USB, reset the controller, put on the VR headset and earphones and hope my character isn't dead in the game. So it completely ruins the game experience, which makes this controller's wireless connection completely useless.

I thought I would try to reach out to the company before leaving this review, but all they have on their Support tab online is a useless FAQ. Support your product properly!

I am going to try the wired connection until I can get a replacement for this device, and we'll see how that works. Buyer beware if you intend to use this with a PC,

Best mobile controller I have used and have had a few of them this one just works out of the box no fuss, not sure about IOS as only use it for my Android, PS4 and PC and its just brilliant

Excelente adquisición; mi interés principalmente es para usarlo con PS3 ya que los controles de Sony siguen estando carísimos a pesar de que el PS4 es el actual. Funciona de increíble forma con la consola, se carga por USB y los botones brillan de una forma muy genial. Aún no lo he testeado bien con un Android más que con un par de juegos pero al momento totalmente funcional.

Excelente control para jugar donde quieras, Android, PC, PS3, Raspberry, cuenta con 3 formas de conexión via USB con cable, por Bluethoot para android y cuenta con un dongle USB para la PC y PS3.

Me ha sido un poco dificil especificarle a que lo estoy conectando y el manual no explica muy bien como conectarse, pero una vez que encuentras la forma sirve perfectamente.

En cuanto a los materiales, se ven de muy buena calidad y es comodo, los botones brillan y cuenta con los botones suficientes para cualquier juego de actualidad. Si lo recomiendo

Estaba en busca de un mando que se pudiera conectar fácilmente a mi móvil. Me encanto la manera en que funciona y realiza la sincronización. Lo he probado en la conexión bluetooth así como la conexión alambrica y hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema. La batería tiene un buen rendimiento.

Al abrirlo se ve que es de muy buena calidad, la conexión bluetooth es muy sencilla y los botones responsivos.

Los detalles que encontré son los siguientes:

1) El L1 y R1 tienen un área muerta donde presionas y no se registra bien el botón, es posible usarlos fácilmente pero hay que presionarlos un poco más fuerte para que se registre, por lo que te tienes que acostumbrar (con mi control de 360 presiono muy ligeramente y funciona).

2) La conexión con el PS3 es deficiente, de repente se desconecta; pero como no lo usaré para eso, ni me va ni me viene.

3) La conexión con la PC es un poco más complicada de configurar, si no te detecta bien el control reinicia la PC. También asegúrate de usar el modo correcto de conexión.

4) Hay mejores d-pads que el de este control, sin embargo no es un mal d-pad.
