Amazingly Light weight ( hoping they achieved it by not cutting corners)with sufficient suction vaccum power. Amazing flexibility in bending. It saved me, when I am unable to coupe up with my Tineco combo, which if use without brooming or at least handpicking with its repeated chokings , dirty water tank emptying and dirty dank cleaning.

This is really a saver eliminating brooming, and collecting and putting dust into dustbin every time. Storage capacity also good. Now my mopping cycle is reduced a lot. Cost is not cheap but comparatively more affordable. Only Time will tell reliability. It is simple to assemble also. After using so many vacuum cleaners , this is amazing and practical.

Love this vacuum. Easy to use, easy to charge, easy to clean. Makes cleaning the house a dream! Worth the price.

Very good suction power and attachments are quite useful. Build quality is also good. Ease of use is fine in most of the instances but with heavy back your wrist feels the brunt if it. One major issue is the battery. Would last 25-30 mins in eco and 10 mins hardly with power mode

Stopped working within 10 hours of usage. The motorized roller stopped working. Service also very very poor. It's been more than a month and no update from service team even after multiple follow-ups. Poor quality product and worst service.

A very handy, versatile and always ready to use equipment. Can be used by all age groups. Very convenient and effective. Highly recommended if someone needs to buy

Excellent product. Easy to handle and very effective for day to day use. Not too heavy and can be handled by anyone

The cordless dose evrything it has promises... Easy to maneuver ...not very loud..battery life not as mentioned 90mins but definitely nearly 45mins ( i usually use it in auto mode only). Attachment quality suction... everything is pretty decent.

But within 10 days of purchase I have started facing battery or software problem... The complain was attended promptly but after their technical person came home to check. He was not really knowledgeable... Then he was suppose to speak to his senior and get back to me in couple of days .. it has been 15 days to the same...but there is no response...no email... They are just not reverting as assured.. I live in mumbai and facing this...

The SERVICE really sucks... The customer care is pathetic... This how you guys plan to lead the Indian market... If you cannot give service unshould not sell either..

My advice genuinely would b rather by a dyson than face service issues . I am to stuck n completely regret buying dreame r20

Perfect for Cat hairs and Dust, good battery Health.

I don’t think the battery can last for 90 mins when using choosing strong power to vacuum. Probably last only 20 mins. The battery drops super fast . The advertising of 90 mins with uninterrupted cleaning is misleading .
