Product Description
The EcoTank ET-4760 offers Cartridge-Free Printing with easy-to-fill, supersized ink tanks. You can save up to 90 percent with low-cost replacement ink bottles ― costing as little as 1 cent per color ISO page versus 20 cents with ink cartridges (1). Plus, you can get up to 2 years of ink with the included or replacement ink set (2). Each replacement ink bottle set includes enough ink to print up to 7,500/6,000 pages (be/car)(3) ― equivalent to about 80 individual cartridges (4). That means less waste. Uniquely keyed Eco Fit bottles make it easy to fill each color tank. Powered by Precision Core, this fast super tank printer also offers a 250-sheet paper tray, 30-sheet ADF, 2. 4" color touchscreen, voice-activated printing (5), and wired and wireless connectivity. *The NPD Group, Total Channel Tracking Service, U. S. & Canada, Inkjet SF/MF Printers, Refillable ink tank included, based on units, February 2019 - January 2020. Supertank printers are defined as refillable ink tank printers. 1. Savings and cost per ISO page are based on the cost of replacement ink bottles and the cost of enough standard cartridges to achieve the total page yields of the bottles using the MSRP (USD) and yields for Epson standard-capacity ink cartridges for similarly featured Epson consumer inkjet printers as of February 2019. Actual savings and costs will vary considerably based on print tasks, print volumes and usage conditions. 2. Based on average monthly document print volumes of about 200 pages. 3. Part of the ink from the included bottles is used for initial setup; yields are lower than those of replacement ink bottles. Replacement and included ink bottle yields based on the ISO/IEC 24712 pattern with Epson’s methodology. Actual ink yields will vary considerably for reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink color. All ink colors are used for printing and printer maintenance, and all colors must be available for printing. For more information, visit our official site. 4. Individual cartridges estimate based on print yields of a replacement set of Black and color ink bottles as compared to Epson standard-capacity ink cartridges for similarly featured printers as of September 2018. 5. Voice-activated printing is not available with the Epson Expression Eco Tank ET-2500 and ET-2550 printers, and Epson printers that are 5 or more years old. See our official site for device compatibility. Epson Connect account and voice-activated account registration required. 6. Most features require an Internet connection to the printer, as well as an Internet- and/or email-enabled device. For a list of Epson Connect enabled printers and compatible devices and apps, visit our official site. 7. Wi-Fi CERTIFIED; level of performance subject to the range of the router being used. Wi-Fi Direct may require printer software. 8. 12 months of standard limited or 50,000 plain paper sheets (whichever happens first). For an additional 12-month extended service plan (total of 24 months or 50,000 plain paper sheets, whichever happens first), you must register your product and use Epson genuine ink bottles. See Limited for details. 9. ET-2600/2700/3700/4700/7700/16000 Series and ST-2000/3000/4000 Series included ink bottle yields based on the ISO/IEC 24712 pattern with Epson’s methodology. ET-7700 Series included ink bottle photo yields are significantly lower. ET-8700 included ink pack yields are estimated based on ISO/IEC 24711 test in Default Mode printing continuously. Actual ink yields will vary considerably for reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink color. All ink colors are used for printing and printer maintenance, and all colors must be available for printing. Great light-weight printer
Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2020I read many reviews on different brands of printers and chose this one. I'm 63 and I found it easy to set up with no problems, I did not encounter any of the ridiculous complaints that are in some of these reviews. However, I've dealt with computers since the days I had to write MS-DOS batch files in order to get my old IBM AT PC to do anything. This is my first Epson printer since the dot matrix days when Epson ruled the world. I have used Canon, and then HP printers, since inkjet printers became reliable in the early 90s, and now I just refuse to pay a minimum of $150 for a complete set of cartridges for my HP. I only have three things negative to say about this printer: 1) the brilliance of the ink is not as good as HP, although the print quality is excellent in terms of the definition of characters in lines, the blue and red inks are just not as bright doesn't have the snap to them that HP ink has. I'm sure the Epson ink engineers could easily change that. 2) if they are going to insist that the printer update the firmware during the set up process, then the firmware process should work. I tried twice and the firmware update failed, that should be a pretty simple process they could've worked out by now because I noticed that same complaint was on a review several months back as well as some YouTube reviews I watched. Apparently Epson is not paying attention to its customers. Firmware controls everything this printer does and could probably even fix my complaint about the ink without any changes to the ink itself. 3) The touchscreen is a little small and hokey, you really need a stylus unless you have very small fingers, but once you're through the initial set up process of putting in date time etc., I can't see that I would need to use it a lot.
During the set up process don't be alarmed by the amount of noise the printer makes, once you start printing it's no more noisier than any other inkjet printer and in fact it's much smoother and quieter than my current big heavy HP 87xx printer which shakes the table as it prints.
After two days I can't say I've used it a whole lot, maybe about 50-75 pages so far, which includes high quality 22 pound paper, and 110 pound card stock that I used to make checklist for my job as a flight instructor. I encountered absolutely no problems with double sided printing or the card stock. I do print a lot, that's why I have chosen the ink tank printers this time around and I will probably order the print head cleaning kit that will also remove bubbles from the ink tank lines, which will cause the printer to stall and not print a certain color when it encounters an air bubble in the line. Removing air bubbles and cleaning the printhead looks like a pretty simple process from the videos I watched. I think it would be handy to have on hand since it's relatively inexpensive, rather than waiting several days to order one when you encounter the problem, which I'm sure it will happen to all of us at some point in the future.
I did not rate tech support because I have not used it and I don't have any other Epson products to reference. I'm sure, or I would certainly hope, if I did call them they would give me a workaround process to update the firmware since the printer obviously isn't going to do it on its own.
Like everyone else, Epson is playing "invasion of the body snatchers," by asking you to give them permission to search your computer during the set up and registration process, to find all your software and products so it can improve the operation of your Epson printer, with the promise that it will not transmit or collect any of your personal information. It may not collect your personal data and passwords, but trust me, their software will gather every thing it can find about you so they know your every move on your PC, everything you search for on Amazon, FB, TickTock or Google by collecting those cookies, so that they can then target you for advertising etc. etc., and even though your name and personal information may not be attached... they will sell it. I'm sure that is the primary goal...it's not to assist their printer work better on your PC as stated. So my advice is don't give them permission together any of your information on your computer usage.
Overall if you're looking for a fantastic printer that's lightweight, this baby is first class.

Can't copy a file to my computer or USB
Reviewed in the United States on November 9, 2020Need to get in touch with tech support to see if these things are possible. My computers (desktop and laptop) will find the printer but the printer won't find my computers. Needed to copy files to send with email and couldn't do it from printer, had to FAX them and it won't even automatically print a sent receipt. have to hunt down the last FAX and manually print it out before it's lost in the shuffle. The touch screen is smaller than the non-FAX version I had before, need to use a stylus on it. Other than those points I love this printer. Love the ink tank feature, the quality of printing, the large paper feed drawer, it makes great copies, scans very well... This is the second one I purchased is a out 2 years ONLY because I needed to upgrade to the FAX feature. Gave my non-FAX one to my son and he loves it too. I do recommend this printer. It doesn't have a large footprint either. A bit pricy but worth it, imo... Safe journey...

Great Printer
Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2020Dont freak out over printer reviews- all the printers- Canon, HP and Epson have some bad reveiws. All printers break sometimes. I have had this printer for one month, printing about 10 pages a day. It has worked perfectly. The touch screen is definately big enough to push the buttons. It prints fast. I love the look of it. I have used the scanner multiple times- great. I have used the scanner sheet feeder once- worked perfect. It does two sided printing if you check that in the box on your computer when you print. Once you click on that- it does it automatically the next time. Nice. Yesterday it lost contact with my mac and pc... but epson has a software utility that shows up and fixes it. So with minimal fussing it got reconnected. Much better wifi connection than the canon that it is replacing (which once it lost connection with my mac- I couldnt ever get it back). I run both pc and mac in my house- and this epson connects with them both just fine.
Finally (and most important?) this printer looks very futuristic like something from star wars that will print out body parts if you need them. Very medical looking.
After about 300 pages, the ink levels have hardly changed... wow.

THE All-In-One to buy, for speed, cost of operation and ease of use
Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2021I've used HP LaserJet and OfficeJet printers since the 1990s. It's always been a hassle dealing with their software bloat, confusing mess of drivers, and, in the case of the OfficeJets, the outrageous cost of ink cartridges. The last straw for me, was buying a full set of color & B/W cartridges, printing infrequently for months, only to find that the automatic cleaning routine sucks the cartridges dry.
This Epson EcoTank printer changes all that. The printer is more compact than the HP OfficeJet 8600 it replaced. Installation was super-easy and fully menu-driven. The software download was relatively small and easy to use. Firmware updated easily. Loading ink is as easy as pouring water into a coffee maker, out of the giant bottles of ink, which are included in the box with the printer. It does take a while to prime the lines, and this uses up some ink, but that's to be expected.
Printing is a bit noisy, but very fast, and the print quality is perfect. Epson has truly mastered precision inkjet technology.
Scanning and copying work fine. The ADF is a bit fiddly and doesn't always catch the paper to feed it in, making faxing a bit of a hassle. Once I got the ADF adjusted just right, and I carefully fanned and fed in the sheets of paper, it was able to fax the entire stack.
One really outstanding quality is completely automatic, no-software or driver needed, printing on Chromebooks. Just install the printer on the network, boot up the Chromebook, and there's the printer, waiting to use.
I highly recommend this product. Don't let the higher price deter you. The other companies sell by using the "Gillette razor" model: practically give away the printer, and then rip you off for cartridges. The Epson will easily beat that price over the two years' worth of ink included in the purchase price.

A Good Value that is Easy To Use
Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2019I purchased the Epson ET-4760 and I am very pleased with it. It has simple set-up instructions that guide you from start to finish. The touch screen is small, but perfect for what it's function is for. My fat fingers were able to push the button easily. The ink reservoirs are extremely easy to fill with no mess. The stopper on the ink bottles fits tightly into the top of the reservoir and does not dispense ink until it is seated properly. Setting up the WiFi was equally as easy. The printer detects the WiFi, all you have to do is pick the correct one and enter your password. The software download is done directly from Epson's web site. It also has step-by-step instructions that make installation easy. The print quality looks good and I see no issues or concerns. I am very happy to finally get away from expensive printer cartridges!!

So disappointed.
Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2019I am so disappointed with everything about this ET-4760 except the ink cost. I've been using the Epson XP-7100 and like it very much EXCEPT I spent $500 for ink for it in 6 months. What I’ve printed so far on the 4760 would have used $100 worth of ink on the 7100, but I can SEE that I’ve barely used any ink on the 4760. For that I would be willing to accept some feature compromises. But there are just too many issues with this printer and I believe it is a flawed design. I’m really disappointed that it didn’t perform better.
I did work with Epson online support but they were not able to help. They responded in a reasonable time, and they were polite, but they couldn’t resolve any of my issues. They want you to try the same things over and over, and they often asked, “How many times did you try that?” At one point they actually said, “Although you may have already tried these steps, we believe the following steps will resolve the issue”.
When I asked if they thought I had a defective printer or if these were common problems with this printer, they told me I had exceeded their online capability and I needed to call for continued support.
Here is my review of the ET-4760 printer:
SETUP: Initial setup and WiFi connection was easy and painless. However, the 4760 stopped responding when I uninstalled my 7100 printer, and I had to uninstall the 4760 and start over. It took 15 minutes to get the printer to connect to my WiFi the 2nd time, but I’ve had no connection issues since.
PHOTO QUALITY; Glossy paper, High Quality mode: Acceptable to Good, Skin tone a bit washed out, but not that bad.
PHOTO QUALITY: Any kind of Plain paper, Any Mode: Typically unacceptable and disappointing results (especially when compared to the XP-7100). With enough tweaking and trial and error, you can usually get acceptable results. To be clear, that is “acceptable” quality, not “GOOD”. And it varies from image to image. I couldn’t find a common setting that worked acceptably for all images on plain paper.
TEXT QUALITY: Depends on color of text and paper used. Black, Blue and Green are OK. Yellow is too light to read, but who prints in yellow? Red text on photo paper & high quality mode is Acceptable to Good. I could not find ANY way to get the 4760 to print dark red on any paper other than photo paper.
Attached is a picture showing the difference between the XP-7100 and ET-4760 printing the same document on the same paper (HP Premium 32, 100 Brightness), using the same program and printer setting. You can see the 7100 prints dark red and orange nicely, but the 4760 prints the red circle much lighter.
COPY QUALITY: In addition to not being able to print dark red, the 4760 doesn’t copy dark red either, so printing copied dark red onto plain paper is even worse than printing directly from a document. The attached picture also shows a copy made of the red circle that was printed on the 7100. The copied print looks almost like 2 orange circles.
ADDRESS LABEL PRINTING: The “vertical pitch” is wrong. I don’t know if that is the correct term, but when printing address labels using an Avery template, the top row of labels are perfectly centered vertically in the label. But every row afterwards is printed slightly more to the top than the row before it. The printing on the last couple of rows is partially off of the label. I can print these same labels on the 7100 printer without any issues.
DOUBLE SIDED PRINTING: 3/16” vertical offset between the front and back sides. Probably the same “pitch” problem mentioned above. I print double sided ID tags with the same design on both sides, including a border. The 7100 vertical alignment is almost perfect on both sides, but I can’t print them on the 4760 printer because the front and back are not aligned.
SCAN QUALITY: Default scan settings result in terrible scans. You have to scan at 600dpi to get scans that are close to the same quality as the original. At this setting it takes forever to scan a document.
DOUBLESIDED SCAN: Not Available. Even though there is an ADF, it won’t do duplex scanning. I knew this when I bought it, but I forgot what a huge pain it is to scan double-sided documents manually.
ERROR MESSAGES: Too many error messages regarding wrong paper type in printer, even when the correct paper is installed. These messages can only be resolved using the touch screen on the printer. There isn’t a pop-up message on the pc to tell you there is a problem, not even if the paper runs out. It’s frustrating to find out that nothing you’ve tried to print for the last hour has printed because it needed to verify what paper is in the printer. I’ve never had this issue with any other printer.
INK MAINTENANCE BOX: I didn’t even know what this was, but I’ve already used 25% of my Ink Maintenance Box. Turns out this is a bucket where ink used during print head cleaning is disposed of. I’ve done numerous print head cleanings trying to get the printer to print red, but 25% of its life used in a week seems excessive. However, it can be user replaced for under $20. If I only have to change it once a year, it would be a small price to pay for the increased ink capacity, BUT ONLY IF the rest of the printer was any good.

Extremely Happy With This Printer
Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2021I purchased this ET-4760 printer January of 2020 and I use it to print small booklets. Many many days I have had it running 10 hours a day. I've printed 107,000 pages so far, about 5,000+ books. I am extremely satisfied with this printer. The greatest feature is that the cost of ink is MINIMAL. The print and illustrations come out nice and crisp. The auto two-sided printing does not work flawlessly, but it does work. (It seemed to work better during the first 5,000 pages.)
The paper feeder has started to jam for no reason, so I will be buying another one. I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of this printer. In another review someone recommended printing 1 or 2 test sheets a week as a minimum, to keep the print head from drying out. Good advice.
As I mentioned, I will be buying the exact same printer again. It will be my third one-- I previously owned an ET-4750. I'm a fan!

Teacher's Dream! Probably saved my life. Epson for the win.
Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2019Finally, a printer that I don't want to fling out of the window! (or beat it with a bat)
This printer has just taken 6 years of past stress out of my life. (HP you horrible piece of trash.)
I am a teacher that obsessively prints color copies for her class. Obsessively. Color prints are nice.
The one problem that I ran into was the excessive cost of color ink.
It was so expensive for me to print, that I started injecting purchased ink from 3rd parties into old cartridges to save money. (Teachers don't have deep pockets folks. I'm printing with my own personal money.)
Injecting ink took forever and was messy and got all over my hands, but I thought it was worth it, b/c I was printing color copies for pennies.
Then HP updated their firmware (I was stupid to update) and BOOM. It would NOT allow me to continue inserting refilled catridges. "ERROR! Error!" And since those little tiny cartridges only held between 15-25 ml of ink, I was literally crying while refilling every other day and crossing fingers to see "if it would /work/ this time" or break again which would send me back to wal-mart to buy an overly expensive crappy cartridge that would run out of ink in 3 days.
Want to know what error it said? "This printer does not support continuous ink systems."
and HAH. Until that point, I didn't know that "continuous ink printers" EXISTED.
So thanks HP, for showing me EPSON's (probably) life saving Eco-tank printers.
I mean thank GOD for EPSON.
Finally, I can afford to refill the tanks with name brand ink, without feeling like I'm getting majorly ripped off.
I'm all for supporting a company, when their products are priced well within my means and aren't exorbitantly overpriced. (I mean, they are still making a profit. But not one that will break my bank!)
Why can't my students have nice things?
I'm so happy I want to cry.
Primary use: 500 color and black and white copies weekly.
Daily copies of:
> Classroom color worksheets
> Colored Brag tags that I laminate
Things I don't care about:
I'm not printing photo-quality wedding album photos. Not that it wouldn't, but that's just not something I care about.
Touch screens. This one is fine. You touch buttons. The printer works. Do you really need more?
Cords. I'm wireless. I don't need a complementary cord.
Things I do care about:
> printing in color
> printing duplex
> not having to refill the paper tray every 3 minutes. 250 pages is the best!
> not having to WORRY CONSTANTLY ABOUT STINKING INK LEVELS and ink PRICES
I cannot wait to see how well this printer works over the long term. *crosses fingers*

Michael5 out of 5 starsGreat Printer! Amazing print quality
Reviewed in Canada on February 19, 2020I have been pleasantly surprised with this printer. I have never actually owned and Inkjet, always preferred a laser printer and a 4X6 dysub (cannon selphy). Well my third Selphy died and I really wanted the flexibility this printer had to offer so I put down my five hundred bucks. I have had this printer now for three months now. I have printed over 100 4X6 photos, 20 8X10s, 40, 5X7s, and 40 Letter sized photos and the ink indicators have barely budged. The amount of ink supplied with this printer is incredible. So your running costs are going to be low.
At first I was buying only premium epson paper, but took a chance on some cheap photo paper when I was out at a bricks and mortar store. This paper was 1/4 the price of the epson and I have to say the results are just about the same. Just wonder if I might be losing out on the longevity of the prints? Time will tell. You get ok results on regular paper, but really need to go to photo paper if you want the great quality. The quality of the prints is so high you can often see things in the prints that you can't see on your screen like the image being slightly off focus. This could lead you to wan to buy a SLR type camera.
The support also seems really good for all my devices. IOS, Mac OS, and Windows. Love that I can finally print from my phone. My other printers have never allowed for this unless I used a stupid app. Air printing is awesome..
So I love just about everything about this unit. Here are a few down sides:
I wish that it had a second or third tray. Like others have said you find yourself changing paper constantly. Two sided printing is very slow. Photo printing can also take some time. If you were in a rush or plan to print lots of photos like I do a full size letter photo can take a few minutes to come out. For black and white my cheap laser is at least 5 times as fast.
I have used the document feeder a couple of times. It seems a bit flimsy and can only hold about 20 sheets so If you were planning to use it for long contracts or big stacks of paper I would go with something else.
I give Epson ECO a big 5 stars. I am one happy camper

Alain H.5 out of 5 starsET-4760, what i think you need to know.
Reviewed in Canada on February 7, 2021Bought ET-4760 EcoTank line. Its a dye printer, I wanted pigment! ink, my ops, but nowhere did it say "dye" on the box, or ink bottles(??). Researching whats wrong with every printer is hard and time consuming. Moving on...Other lines of Epson might have ink tanks also, but the ET-4760 is an all around fully functioning machine with no major hiccups anywhere, obviously well built(no time, buy, think later printer!, my ops on dye ink!). It as a "ink maintenance box", not a pad which should be avoided, etc, as an example. Its really a fast printer, but out of the box its set to run at its fastest, OK, but the blacks are a little light and tin, go in setting/other/image/emphasize more", solved. The maintenance box is easily openable and easy to empty and clean but the counter won't reset!, you'll have to buy a new one just to reset the counter!(only frustration i found), so frustrations are few(vs past experiences with printers). It as a Power clean and a clean function to clean the print head, "don't use the power clean" for at least about 6 months(resist), it can't be clogged you didn't use it yet!, use the small clean to fix errors in printing(simple air! bubbles). Best method is "two small cleans" separated by a bit(5m) of time, no nozzle check, wait 12h-18h, if nozzle check is close to perfect, keep, don't! clean again, use printer, when gets worse, if clean!(repeat above). Never power clean=just for clogs(Hint: same nozzle always, never gets better or changes position, consider might be broken forever). If the ink maintenance box picture looks empty of yellow, its full!? of ink!(=replace), ehmmm, because you see the ink levels on top of it, that are empty when empty, its confusing!. Anyway "yellow=it still works". It as all the options i can think of needing for a printer and more. Use all colours everyday(in every page) to save yourself a lot of cleaning and to not WASTE INK(cleaning). Oh you'll see a lot of people saying leave it on(sleep mode), or turn it off. Well its a bit of both. E.g. use sleep mode(day or if you'll re-use soon within 8h), turn it off(end of day, won't re-use soon(8H+). So for a business, its "turn it off at the end of the day!(solved)". I set sleep at 2m and power off after 2H, if you won't re-use let it turn off(might forget). The on all the time people say "putting it off/on is hard on the printer and uses ink"=yes. The off people say if you "don't use it" turn it off, a lot of printers on standby use a small bit of ink to keep the head clean along the way/preventing it from drying(=also correct). I use the printer for 2-4h and turn it off when I'm done printing for the day!. Air bubbles is what i try to avoid most of the time, so letting the printer rest after a print job is smart, not shaking the ink is smart, using slow speed printing is smart(i think, but never seen a difference), waiting a bit before making a print nozzle check after a clean is smart, not letting ink dry in the ink tanks by filling them to the top and using the printer often/everyday, etc... Do yourself a favour when setting up anything that as water or ink, set the level at 0 degrees, perfect balance is NEEDED for water/ink based machines in order for them to work well!(You can't figure out why water based machines don't work well=level them, not a joke!).
Pigment ink will work, but will void the warranty, also you'll need to be extra careful with clogging/air bubbles/daily use=i believe more so vs dye ink. Because pigment ink is thicker!.
Pigment ink prints(Text) are more crisp and sharp on "normal paper"(a bit less sharp with dye,but negligible diff). A lot of people say dye prints have vibrant colours, but i find also darker(hard to see details) and won't last long until pigment takes the precedence..Over and over i lean toward pigment as more beautiful and truthful to the original and you can see more details(generally because less dark). I always hear dye or pigment is cheaper, but when i looked online i found both to be about the same price?, so I'm confused. The difference between dye and pigment prints from what i seen can be forgiven(especially in the short term where they'll look almost the same).
Both sides say vibrant etc... compare them both to decide for yourself but dye will fade!. Dye is great if you want to re-use paper, fade it with room or sunlight- then reprint!. Dye is great for short projects and re-using paper!. Pigment is the opposite!. Using dye or pigment ink is a choice^ but pigment really wins at the end(LT).
I'm rater fussy and blasted a lot of printer companies over the years:( but these new/all printers companies are moving in the right direction:). So I'd have to say wow to Epson. Can't believe this as I was expecting much much more frustrations than only the ink maintenance box "buy to reset issue". One thing you'll notice with all printers, there is always "SOMETHING? WRONG!" or pay for not.
It would be so fun to have dye or pigment ink as a buying choice/option from the start on every printer(are they so different in technology?).
Whatever you do, don't switch a dye printer to pigment ink(they'll react to each other and clog), unless you flush the dye out first!. Or use pigment ink from the start.
In conclusion: All around great printer, is improved, only a few frustrations left, Is a dye printer, I recommended a pigment ink printer but it really depends on your needs or uses.
Warning: if it clogs and you need to flush professionally(because the power clean didn't work), make sure to pull back first, then! push forward slowly! and with very little pressure, take your time when flushing, the clog might be resting in a jammed corner or on the inner print head filter which you can't reach, so back and forth, insert, wait at least 15m or much longer with the solution in and then push out all debris with a full syringe, try to print many pages with that same colour or clean with the maintenance clean to get it to work again.
Using "Ammonia" as a fast/cheap cleaning solution is just too risky(it reacts to metals, and if some is left in the tubes or somewhere in the printer it will eventually break parts in the printer, like the print head your trying to clean!, not worth saving 25$. To flush i recommend buying the cleaning solution FROM Epson! they know their inks/printers best.
Update: "Recently manufactured" "dye inks formulas" last much much longer...

Dylan Schwartz5 out of 5 starsTHE BEST PRINTER
Reviewed in Canada on December 5, 2019This product is an essential for any student or home office. Stop searching around, you have found the best printer. It's a little expensive but time is money and you never need to worry about ink again. I bought this printer after my trash HP 6960 ran out of ink, and when I drove 20 miles to the nearest Walmart they were sold out of 2/4 required colors for the printer. I took my phone out an ordered this printer on the spot. Awesome device, I cant recommend it enough.

Barry Haughian5 out of 5 starsWorks as advertised - very happy with this printer.
Reviewed in Canada on July 29, 2021While my last printer worked well, I was very tired of purchasing ink cartridges every 2 months or so (where does the Cyan go anyway?). This printer with the larger ink supply tanks promised a longer refill period and hopefully less cost. Well, it has certainly delivered on the length of service promise - It has been in use for over 3 months now and the ink levels have hardly dropped at all. It has also been totally reliable so far - not one paper jam. It was easy to set up and to connect to my wi fi network. My only slight grumbles are that it is a little on the noisy side and it has a needlessly complex method of setting up double sided printing. Otherwise great!

Reviewed in Canada on April 23, 2020Best printer I have EVER used, so easy to set up, easy to fill, easy to follow directions/instructions. The print quality is outstanding. Make sure you print at lest once a week and you Only fill with Epson Ink.
I bought the E4760 it has double sided printing and prints beautifully on Paper and cardstock. I love this printer. It plays nice and set up easily to my Cricut Explore Air 2 machine. If you're a Cricut user avoid HP.
