Customers say
Customers find the dimmer switch easy to install and appreciate its value for money, noting it's not much more expensive than traditional switches. The device integrates well with Alexa, Google Home, and Home Assistant, and customers like its dimming ability. However, there are mixed experiences with compatibility - while it works well with Alexa and Google Home, some report it won't connect to Wi-Fi. Moreover, ease of use and connectivity receive mixed feedback, with some finding the app easy to use while others struggle to remove the faceplate, and some report connectivity issues. Additionally, reliability is a concern as customers report units failing within 6 months of use.
