I can't say enough great things about this Nespresso machine!! I always wanted one and it sure doesn't disappoint!! Great espresso and coffee!! Highly recommend!

Makes the best coffee!

We love you Nespresso! We have had our machine for 6 months now, and we still love it just as much as when we first got it. We love how easy it is to make great coffee at home and the look of the machine. The frother is used on a daily basis as well, and well worth our money (but, the Nespresso machine itself creates a little froth on top of the coffee/espresso, so the extra froth is an added bonus). We love that it warms (or keeps cool for iced coffees), the milk/cream, etc. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because the machine often (more often than not) takes a while to start making the coffee. When we first got it, one click and it went. Now, we often have to click a few times for it to register what we are asking it to do. It still works great, despite the length of time it takes to register that we want it to brew our coffee! I would recommend this product if you want quality coffee at home! The recipes you can make are innumerable.

Not worth it. I got it to facilitate making quick coffees but am disappointed with its function. There’s no temperature control function. It’s always backed up with water, making my coffee making not so fast. Today it completely back out of the machine and it’s less than a month old and I’m regularly cleaning and emptying water. All these situations are wasting many pods which are not cheap neither.

UPDATE: since the purchase I’ve had issues with the machine. Finally Nespresso took the machine in for repair but has deemed it unrepairable. Yes they will replace but the colour I purchased is no longer available. I don’t want it in a different colour, no longer will be given a refund neither because I passed the return window due to Nespresso run around, and they won’t refund me because I purchased off of Amazon. Basically I’ll be stuck with a machine not the colour I wanted.

Best decision I have made to switch to a Nespresso. The only downside pods are still pretty expensive but it makes sense the quality of your coffee is like going to a nice coffee shop shop but you never had to leave home. This allows you to enjoy a super nice cup of coffee in the comfort of your home. The machine is just as advertised, very sleek and nice looking since it sits out on my coffee bar. It’s appealing to look at on my coffee bar . I’ve owned mines for years now and it is still holding up, as long as you make sure to descale as instructed and run a rinse. It’s also pretty compact for a Nespresso maker because it’s short and narrow so easy to store and its looks good so even if it’s out it adds to the kitchens vibe in a good way. This is only compatible with vertuo pods so you’ll have to purchase Starbucks or Nespresso they are the only sellers at the moment.

My son first encountered this coffee machine while on vacation. He and his wife were impressed with the machine and the coffee. This made a perfect birthday gift. They are very pleased with the variety of coffee settings and the frothing option. The coffee is delicious. Good investment.

I have had this machine for 4 months now. I make 1-2 cups of coffee a day. About 3 months in, it started malfunctioning. At random, it will start brewing the coffee and diverting the coffee into the pod container or even worse, to other places in the machine, leaking out of little holes in the bottom of the machine. Every time this happens, the pod is essentially wasted. This is a very expensive issue to have keep occurring considering the pods are each ~$1.50.

I have called Nespresso about this twice at this point. The first time, they told me to run a clean cycle (which I already do regularly). They also reset the machine. I asked for a refund on the pods wasted and they gave me $5. Less than 1 week after this call, it started happening again, wasting 3 pods. I called Nespresso again and was told to check for software updates. When there was none, the customer service agent insisted it needed to be descaled and would not consider the fact that the machine likely has some other problem. They asked me to order the descaler (which is $11, and in order to get free shipping I need to spend even more money on pods). They also refused to give me a refund on the wasted pods, telling me they already gave me $5. At that point, I’d probably wasted $10-$15 of pods based on the machine malfunctioning so this was very rude on their part.

I am going to try it but frankly I don’t think it’s going to work as why the heck is coffee leaking out of crevices of my machine. It feels unsafe given there are electric components all throughout the machine.

I am disappointed in this product and the customer service from Nespresso.

I use the Nespresso L/G coffee pods and set the machine via the Nespresso app to 7.77 oz. The machine makes too much coffee froth to crema. “ Too Much Foam (Excessive / Fake Crema):

Cause: Triggered by beans that are too fresh (needing degassing), water that is dangerously hot or near steam temp, or capsule systems (such as Nespresso Vertuo) that spin the coffee to whip up air rather than pure pressure-brewing.”
