Worst product. Soon after installation, the stove developed a fault, following which your service technician visited my residence and attempted to repair it. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, the entire knob melted during use, raising serious concerns about the product's safety and quality.
This is not a minor defect but a significant safety hazard, considering that it is a gas appliance used daily in households. I am shocked that despite such a serious issue, your team is only offering another technician visit instead of replacing the defective product.
I categorically refuse to accept repeated repair attempts on a newly purchased gas stove that has already demonstrated a potentially dangerous defect. I expect Prestige to take responsibility and provide an immediate replacement of the unit.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities and share my experience on public consumer forums.
