Customers say
Customers find the water fountain easy to use, assemble, and operate, with their pets loving it and appreciating its ultra-quiet operation. The battery life is positive, staying charged for a long time with the lithium battery needing weekly charging, and customers find it easy to clean, with one mentioning it can be put in the dishwasher. While some customers say it works well, others report it stops working after a year, and opinions on value for money are mixed, with some considering it worth the buy while others say it's not worth the money.
