You agree that any goods purchased under these terms will be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only and will not be resold.

BE PATIENT WHEN ORDERING, as items arrive in the Philippines 4–6 weeks after they are released in Korea. Please keep in mind that the Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) is subject to change at any time without prior warning. Unless otherwise noted, all items are transported via sea cargo.

Prior the shipment, all products are thoroughly examined. The shipment is no longer under the care or responsibility of the Dulcet once it has been handed over to the courier.

Dulcet is not responsible for any defects or missing inclusions caused by KR management's production, delays, or damages incurred during the KR to PH journey time. Holidays, peak season, typhoons, and other unanticipated circumstances may all contribute to the delay.

Dulcet is not accountable for any cargo delays, losses, or damages caused by the PH to PH courier. When placing a purchase, it is your obligation to supply complete, accurate, and correct information.


Fill out the order form only if you are certain that you want to place an order. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED ONCE THE ORDER FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

Only pay using the methods of payment specified for the Order you're joining.

Unless otherwise specified, all Orders will be using a one-time payment arrangement. The total cost of the item, including the shipping fee and, if applicable, a poster tube, is paid in one transaction.

At all times, the payment deadline must be strictly observed.

There will be no shipping if the payment is not completed.

Please bear in mind that in order for your complaint to be considered, you must provide an UNEDITED VIDEO of you opening the product. Otherwise, any complaint filed will be null and void. It will only be considered if the item(s) are still INSIDE the parcel at the beginning of the clip, with the package, tape, and plastic untampered.

NO refunds, replacements, or returns are allowed.

If you fail to complete payment within the given time after placing your order, Dulcet holds the right to keep your order.

It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed about the status of your order by checking the shop's social media accounts.

If the buyer fails to pay for the item on time, Dulcet holds the right to disclose the information provided and identify the buyer as a bogus buyer.

For any reason, Dulcet holds the right to accept or refuse your order at any moment.

Dulcet maintains the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any moment without prior notice. If any changes are made, they will be published online.
