Running XLibre on Gentoo with NVidia RTX 3050. No issues encountered.

The entire line of legacy NVidias (340, 390, 470, 580) works now with XLibre out of the box, and the approach is quite uniform - just put NVidia drivers and modules into /usr/{lib,lib64}/nvidia.
