BazziteはUniversal Blueによって開発されているFedoraをベースとした、ゲーマー向けのLinuxディストリビューションである。プリインストールされたデバイスドライバや、幅広いハードウェアのサポートなど、ゲーマーにとって必要な機能を数多く備える[2]。

概要

ValveによるSteamOSからインスピレーションを受け、Universal Blueによって開発が開始されたFedoraをベースとしたOSである[3][4]。2023年にはSteam Deckでも使うことのできるSteamOSの代替品として大きな注目を集めた[5]。2025年にはWindows10がサポートを終了したことにより、Zorin OSと同じくユーザー数の顕著な増加が見られ、2025年11月時点でダウンロードされたBazziteのISOファイル総容量は1ペタバイトを超えている[5][6]。成長率は通常時と比べ、約1.25倍にまで増加した[7]。
