We are very happy wif all the taskirah that Ustaz Fizar, it were heartfelt to us as well as new knowledge that both of us had learned from. We loved especially the visit to Masjid Ibrahim in Hebron. It was serene & peaceful though we all knew how difficult when we had to go through the checkpoint; however, I wished we could stay longer there. Our another feedback is since it is a pilgrim to Masjid Al-Aqsa, maybe if Ustaz can plan for us to be able to perform more prayers there, eg. Fajr, Magrib & Isya while the day, will be the visits. We like the preempt lists to do & prepared before every trips. It gave us ample time to prepare mentally & physically. Keep it up. We have travelled with other Malay travel agency but we have to say that KU is the better ones especially to the good hotels & transport as well as their each countries’ guides. And not forgotten, a BIG shout out to our beloved & amazing Umar who is always so ready to help with anything & anyone, answering messages PROMPTLY (which is important). Thank you, Umar for everything ❤️ Insya Allah, we will definitely recommend KU to our friend’s & relatives.
Everything was well arranged and well-coordinated. Touched that they had their team of volunteers and staff on standby to ensure a smooth checking-in at Changi Airport even before we started our journey. And, their welcoming team when we arrived back in Singapore after the trip. They were really awesome! Ustaz Indra Zufayri and Ustaz Solah were amazing! So blessed to have them travelling with us. Young yet full of wisdom and able to engage our group from a wide range of ages. Really inspired by the stories that Ustaz Indra shared during those sessions as we moved from one place to another, and his wonderful rendition of selawat and qasidah bringing our hearts closer in this spiritual journey. Ustaz Indra has been really accommodating towards our request and flexible enough to ensure that the trip was at our comfort level. I’m also appreciative that Ustaz Indra would also remind us when to perform our jama’ and qasr prayers while on the plane. He would personally, walk down the aisle at the appropriate time to remind us. That was indeed helpful. We would definitely recommend KU to our friends and relatives and inshaaAllah.

This trip began with anxiety and uncertainty, given the situation in the region. Yet, alhamdulillah, the KU SG team worked tirelessly to reassure us and make this trip possible. I’m deeply grateful that I found the courage to go as it turned out to be one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Special thanks to Ustaz Fizar, whose comprehensive briefing ensured we were well-prepared. Throughout the trip, his lightheartedness and calmness eased our worries and kept our spirits high. Our local guide, Ustaz Hisham was so sincere and generous with his knowledge. Oh he can also be pretty funny at times… “i charge extra for questions during lunch…” But this trip was not just about fun and laughter. It touched our hearts and opened our minds to the rich history of these sacred places. Conversations with the locals grounded us, reminding us of the resilience and warmth of the people. Experiencing Eid Al-Adha there was so different from back home in Singapore which is a perspective that I will always cherish. Alhamdulillah, this was unlike any other journey. Thank you KU SG for making it happen. It was unforgettable, enriching, and truly a blessing. "Coming to Aqsa is an obligation for Moslems you know..." - Hisham ifykyk đź¤
