Can I adjust the firmness? What if I prefer a softer or harder feel?

Yes. Adjust the firmness by controlling the amount of air – pump fewer times for softer, more for firmer. Find your ideal comfort level easily.
How big is it when packed? Can it fit inside a backpack?

Packed size is roughly 11×4.7 inches for the Single and 14.2×5.9 inches for the Double. We recommend strapping it outside your pack or using a large‑capacity backpack. For ultralight hiking, consider the weight and volume.
Does the surface have a strong plastic or chemical smell?

The materials are friendly and have virtually no odor.
When two people use the Double pad, does one person’s movement disturb the other?

The independent air chamber design and 4‑inch thickness help reduce motion transfer, but complete isolation isn’t realistic. If you’re very sensitive to movement, we suggest opting for two Single pads instead.
What if it leaks in the backcountry? Can I still use it and fix it temporarily?

If the leak is minor, reinflating may last through the night. For serious leaks, use the included repair kit (patches) following the manual – it works as an emergency fix.
