What is a womb clearing?

A 60-minute guided somatic journey back into your body. Through breathwork, visualisation and somatic techniques, we create the conditions for your nervous system to soften — so that stored emotion, tension and energy can begin to move and release naturally. You leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more yourself. With real tools to take home.

The womb is the power centre of the female body — and most of us were never taught that. We absorb and store energy there through stress, grief, emotion and intimacy. Sex is an energetic exchange, which means we can still be carrying the energy of past partners long after a relationship has ended. This shows up as period pain, mood swings, disconnection, a low hum of imbalance you can’t quite name. Your body isn’t broken. It’s holding something that was never given space to move. Womb clearing creates that space — gently, safely, in a loving container.

What actually happens in a session?

You arrive and are welcomed — given space to share what’s alive in you, no rush, no expectation. We breathe together to drop in. You lie down, and the work begins: opening, listening, releasing what the womb has been holding through breath, sound and feeling. Whatever wants to move, moves. We turn from releasing to receiving — filling the space we’ve opened with the energy you want to carry. We close with tea, and silence or sharing, whatever you need. This work only goes as deep as you’re willing to go.

Can womb clearing help with period pain / irregular cycles/ perimenopause?

Yes — this is one of the most common reasons women come to me. When we hold unprocessed emotion and tension in the body, it often shows up in the cycle. Through somatic womb clearing, we gently release that held tension — and many women find their cycles begin to soften and regulate over time. It’s not magic. It’s your body finally feeling heard. And Menopause is one of the most misunderstood transitions a woman moves through. It deserves reverence, not fear. Womb clearing can help you move through this threshold with more ease, presence and connection to yourself. I love supporting women at every age and stage.

Can I come if I have endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, or no uterus?

Yes — these are often the women who need this space most. This work doesn’t treat or diagnose. But it creates a deep, honest conversation with your body. If you live in a cyclical body, and your uterus has been removed — the womb space is still alive in you, energetically and somatically. You are welcome here.
