FOCUS ON FULLNESS: A Playbook for Weight Loss That Works and Lasts

FOCUS ON FULLNESS: A Playbook for Weight Loss That Works and LastsALON LANIADOPaperbackMost diets fail because they ask you to stay hungry. Focus on Fullness flips that idea on its head. Built on the analysis of over 50,000 daily food logs and more than 200,000 coaching conversations, this book distills what actually works for weight loss into a clear, practical method anyone can follow — without extreme rules, rigid meal plans, or giving up the foods you enjoy. The core idea is simple: the most sustainable way to lose weight isn't to eat less. It's to eat in a way that keeps you full — by maximizing protein and fiber while dialing back the hidden calories that don't satisfy you. When you're full, consistency stops being a battle. Inside, you'll find: * The Foundation — the single principle behind every successful weight loss story in our data, and why it works with your biology instead of against it * A 7-Action Plan — the exact protocol thousands of FitMate members have used to lose 20+ pounds and keep it off * 50+ real-world tactics — drawn from members who made this work while traveling, eating out, managing families, working irregular hours, and navigating stress * Plug-and-play meal examples — breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and restaurant ordering templates with protein and fiber targets built in * Guidance beyond nutrition — how to use exercise, sleep, and stress management to accelerate results without overcomplicating things This book is for you whether you're just getting started, stuck in a plateau, or taking a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic or Wegovy and want to make sure you're losing fat — not muscle. When surveyed after completing the program, over 90% of successful members reported keeping the weight off. Not because they white-knuckled it — but because the method made consistency feel doable.
