I recently attended the Business Balance and Business Burnout Lunch & Learn co-hosted by Pip. As a business owner and CX Brand Strategy Advisor who’s been in business for a couple of decades, I’ve sat through plenty of business presentations over the years. What made this one different was how practical what Pip shared was. Proven strategies applied to her own successful businesses to identify profit leakages and manage margin squeeze. A key takeaway for me was recognising where those hidden profit leaks hide when calculating margins in professional services. It’s easy to overlook the small things that quietly erode profitability. The session was a great reminder that healthy businesses need healthy people, and that both the numbers and the people side of the business need attention. I’d highly recommend any business owner looking to identify and resolve where they’re leaking profit have a conversation with Pip.

Philippa has been incredible to work with. I knew my business was ready to grow and not only did she help me understand the numbers I needed, but she set up the perfect opportunity to help me to succeed in buying my new salon. I will be forever grateful and cannot recommend her enough!
