What does a Registered Holistic Nutritionist offer?

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I provide personalized nutritional and lifestyle guidance tailored specifically to you. Before we meet, I'll review your completed intake questionnaire and bloodwork to identify any flags or areas of concern. From there, I create customized health plans designed to meaningfully improve your well-being (typically within 1–3 months) with weekly check-ins to keep you feeling supported and on track.

How much does my first consultation cost?

The initial consultation is $65 (+hst) and runs approximately one hour. To book, you'll need to submit your completed intake questionnaire, a copy of your bloodwork, and the consultation fee in advance; this allows me to come prepared and make the most of our time together. During our session, we'll review your bloodwork, discuss any flagged results, and I'll walk you through what a personalized health plan could look like for you at our next appointment.

How much does my follow-up consultation cost?

The follow-up consultation is $195 (+hst) and typically runs one to two hours. This is where the real work begins! I'll present your fully customized health plan, including detailed nutritional guidance, beverage and supplement recommendations, and an exercise approach tailored to your lifestyle. I recommend scheduling your follow-up within one to two weeks of your initial consult while everything is still fresh. You'll also receive an email reminder to help keep you on track.

Can I purchase supplements directly from you?

Yes! I represent a carefully selected range of Canadian brands, all manufactured in Canada: - CanPrev & Orange Naturals (owned by CanPrev) - AlgaeCal > a plant-based calcium - Health IS Wealth > for gut and mental health support - NissiWellness > for metabolism and gut balance - Phix > a mature hops extract for sleep and hormone balance - Asea Redox Signalling > for cellular health at the brain and gut level I'm happy to share more details about any of these products, just ask! (A dedicated products page with full descriptions is coming soon.)

How do I get in touch?

I'm available Monday through Saturday, 9:30am – 5:30pm EST and can be reached by phone, email, video call (FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet), or in person. Initial consultations are typically conducted by phone. For those with busier schedules, after-hours consultations between 5:30–8pm EST are available in select circumstances. Don't hesitate to reach out and we can find what works best for you.
