I was a first time, non-traditional home buyer, and Patti’s personalized attention to my needs and wants was exceptional. She has a keen eye for details, and was quickly able to identify options that matched my vision very well. She was able to walk me through the entire home-buying process by providing the information I needed when I needed it, typically solving any arising issues before I even realized they existed, and making use of her strong network to help make sure everything proceeded smoothly. If you’re looking for a home in the Athens area, I highly recommend working with Patti McRae.

Patti was amazing through the entire process of buying our property. When we knew what we were looking for but were having trouble finding it. Patti helped us narrow down our location, walked several properties with us, and listened to our list of desires. Once this tract came on the market, she spent time helping us with things to consider and positioning our offer to be exactly what we wanted. We are so grateful for Patti and her expertise and professionalism, also helping us connect with the other professionals we needed in the process. 10/10 would recommend and refer Patti to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Patti helped us get into our new home with ease. She made a state-to-state move seem like a trip across the county! I highly recommend you choose Patti for your next move. You won't be disappointed.
