Renee Ruth made me feel my house was the only house she was selling. She worked extremely hard and my house was sold in a week. She made the entire process so easy.

Renee Ruth understood EXACTLY what I was looking for and FOUND it for me. I didn't even need a second walk through before making an offer! She really listens.

This is the 2nd time I've worked with Renee Ruth. The most recent was to sell my home. Renee did an awesome job listing my home and making it as visible to potential buyers as possible. She worked tirelessly to show my home both, virtually, and through on-site open houses. The market had tightened up a lot since 2023 but I feel the work she put into listing and showing my home helped generate a lot of buyer interest and a contract offer was forthcoming much quicker than average. Renee is one of the top sellers with eXp Realty and seeing the results of her work first hand, it was easy to see why. She cares. Update for yet a 3rd time this wonderful lady has helped me with my real estate needs: I employed the services of Renee Ruth once again (November 2025) to help me find and buy a new property. This lady knows her business! As she has previously done for me, from start to move-in, she was there for me to ensure I was receiving the best possible service and that nothing was overlooked. She has awesome contacts in the finance and title agency realms that will take care of all your finance and closing details. So, if you're looking to list your home or buy a new home, I strongly recommend Renee Ruth, Realtor with eXp Realty.
