What does Primerica do?

We help families get out of debt, protect their income, invest for the future, and build wealth through life insurance, investments, and financial planning.

Yes. We’re a publicly traded company on the NYSE, licensed, regulated, and the largest independent financial services marketing company in North America.

Yes. You need a state life insurance license and (if you choose) investment licenses like Series 6/63 or 65. We help you with the whole process.

How much does it cost to get started?

Costs vary by state but typically include: • Licensing course fee • State exam fee • Background check These are standard for all financial professionals, not just Primerica. Primerica’s fees range from $74-$150 for all licensing.

You earn commissions from helping families with life insurance and investments. As you build a team, you can earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and promotions.

No. Technically not. We are not a product-based MLM. We are a licensed financial services company with regulated products—insurance and investments, not lotions or vitamins.

Can I really make money?

100%. Your income is tied to personal production + leadership + licenses + appointments booked. People who stay plugged in and follow the system earn.

What’s the schedule like?

You set your own hours. Most reps work evenings and weekends because that’s when families are home. The system is flexible but requires consistent effort.

What training do I get?

Day 1 onboarding, weekly trainings, licensing support, field training appointments, and one-on-one coaching with your upline.

How fast can I get licensed?

If you study consistently, most reps get licensed in 2–4 weeks. Some do it faster.

Is this one of those pyramid things?

Controversial topic but no. A pyramid has been illegal since the 1970’s. Primerica is a licensed, regulated financial services company on the NYSE (PRI). Pyramids have no product and get paid to recruit. We get paid and sell regulated financial products.

Why do I have to pay for my license?

Because the state requires it — not Primerica. Doctors pay. Realtors pay. Mortgage loan officers pay. Licensing is normal in financial services.

Do people actually win here or is it rare?

People win here when they: • Stay plugged in • Run appointments weekly • Get trained • Build a team • Stay consistent for 6–12 months Most people quit before they ever get good.

Why does recruiting matter, even though I do not get paid to do so?

Because no business grows alone. Recruiting = leverage. You can help more families, earn more overrides, and promote into leadership faster.

Yes — just like anything worth doing. But the system is simple: Learn → Get licensed → Book → Present → Recruit → Repeat.

Do I need experience?

No. You get trained from scratch. Most of our top leaders started with zero financial background.

What if I’m shy or not a “sales person”?

Perfect. Most of us are not. We teach a simple, duplicatable system. If you care about helping people and follow training, you’ll win.

Why does everyone quit so fast?

Because: • They don’t study • They don’t show up • They don’t book appointments • They want fast money without skills The ones who stay consistent win.

Can I really make six figures?

Yes — many do — but only with consistency, discipline, and appointments. Some really good people make seven figures. Please refer to the FIC Book Tab on POL Homepage.

What makes Primerica different from others?

• Buy term & invest the difference • No debt consolidation gimmicks • Real financial education • Publicly traded company • Transparent compensation • Clear career track to ownership

Can I do this part-time?

Yes. Many start part-time until income grows.

What if someone says they’re “not interested”?

No problem — that just means not right now. We teach you scripts to follow so you always know what to say.

What’s the fastest way to succeed?

• Get licensed • Study daily • Attend training • Book 8–12 appointments weekly • Bring recruits • Stay coachable This combination will change your life in 6–12 months.

How do I get clients & recruits?

You get clients and recruits through a simple, supported system. For clients, we teach you how to start with your warm market in a comfortable, professional way, then show you how to use social media to attract people who want help. As you grow and bring on new agents, we work with you and your team together to meet their warm markets so they can learn hands-on while helping the people they care about. For recruits, you just attract conversations, share the opportunity, and invite people to a short overview. We give you the scripts, messages, training, and coaching so you always know what to say and do.
