The vision for Wrecked Queens Foundation is to transform how women navigate life in crisis—whether rebuilding after divorce, loss, or hardship—by fostering resilience through hands-on vehicle stripping and demolition derby builds. Traditional support programs often lack an active, empowering outlet where women can directly build physical confidence, mechanical self-reliance, and emotional grit. Our big idea combines experiential teamwork, mechanical work, and community support in a non-judgmental shop environment. Women participate in hands-on work alongside peers who understand their struggles, taking raw determination and turning it into practical capability. By stripping and preparing derby cars together, participants take control of tangible projects that mirror their personal journeys of overcoming destruction to create strength. What makes this vision unique is our fusion of motorsports culture, practical self-sufficiency, and sisterhood to tackle adversity head-on. Beyond the shop floor, we showcase our participants' achievements at community events and motorsport venues, celebrating their journey from crisis to empowerment. Ultimately, Wrecked Queens aims to establish a repeatable model for experiential women's support that redefines personal resilience and community advocacy
