最初の妻チェコスロバキア出身のイヴァナとの結婚時から東側に目を付けられていたトランプ、プーチン相手に交渉力・商才を発揮できるか
明日１５日、米・アラスカ州のエルメンドルフ・リチャードソン統合基地で、トランプ大統領とプーチン大統領は、ウクライナ戦争の終結に向けた協議のため会談を行う予定です。昨年の大統領選でもウクライナ戦争の早期終結を訴えていたトランプ大統領。２月以降、ルビオ国務長官とロシア側のラブロフ外相と対面や電話で交渉を重ねてきましたが、欧州諸国の間ではプーチン大統領に有利な合意になるのではないかとの見方もあります。大統領就任当初はウクライナへの支援を渋っていたトランプ大統領でしたが、先月１４日には北大西洋条約機構（NATO）加盟諸国に兵器を売り、米国から購入した加盟国がウクライナへ供給することを決定しています。
昨日１３日に行われた会談前の欧州でのビデオ会議（スターマー英首相・バンス米副大統領・ゼレンスキー大統領・マクロン仏大統領・メルツ独首相）を受け、スターマー首相はウクライナ抜きでの会談に否定的ではあるものの、今年３月に開いた欧州を中心とする１８の国・機関の会合で取りまとめたウクライナへの軍事支援と、トランプ大統領の停戦に向けた姿勢に期待を寄せていると表明しました。３月の会議終了後イギリスは、6億ポンド（約3030億円）を拠出して防空ミサイル支援を行うと発表しました。なおスターマー首相は今年２月に、和平合意の一環としてウクライナにイギリス軍を派遣する用意があるとゼレンスキー首相に伝えています。
米露首脳会談で、ウクライナの領土割譲の交渉はしないとするトランプ大統領。今月８日、ナゴルノ・カラバフ（アゼルバイジャン西部のアルメニア住民が多く住む地域）をめぐり、３５年間紛争が続いたアゼルバイジャンとアルメニアとの間で和平協定を締結させました。当該地域に「トランプ・ルート」と名付ける交通回廊建設の支援も提案。ロシアの裏庭である南コーカサス地方で、アメリカの影響力を高めました。プーチンに対して関税措置以外に停戦を迫る切り札があるのか、注目です。

以降、有権者のNATO・ EU加盟の希望が高まり、
また親露派騒乱に対抗するアゾフ旅団（ネオナチ）が結成
アメリカの傀儡政権とも呼ばれる親欧米路線が継続
クリミア併合時のロシアに対する制裁が弱すぎたとの批判もあるオバマ政権。同時に、今日まで続くアメリカの傀儡といわれるウクライナ政府。それにしても、昨年末、１０代の若者まで戦闘に投入せよとウクライナに迫ったブリンケン元国務長官、悍ましいですね。バイデン政権が終わる直前の今年１月に、わざわざ来日しています。南アジア外遊、安倍元首相暗殺後に訪日したヌーランド元国務次官も、そのタイミングについて不気味がられていました。
バイデン政権下で決定、マルコ・ルビオ氏（現国務長官）や元駐日大使ウイリアム・ハガティ氏、米空軍退役パイロットらが猛反対した、沖縄・嘉手納基地からの常駐戦闘機F-15/イーグル撤収、エルメンドルフ空軍基地等からのF-22のローテーション配備も嫌な予感です。来年、F-15EXが配備されることにはなり、少しは安心できますが。中国移民を激増させる自公政権、全国各地で進む租界化地域（とりわけ北海道）、放置される中国海外警察。日本のウクライナ化が故意に作出されているようにも感じられます。

18日、米ホワイトハウスに15日の米露首脳会談後の初めての公式の協議を行うため、ゼレンスキー大統領と、スターマー首相（英）、マクロン大統領（仏）、メルツ首相（独）、メローニ首相（伊）、ストゥブ大統領（フィンランド）、マルク・ルッテNATO事務総長、フォン・デ・ライエンEU委員長が集まりました。近いうちにゼレンスキー大統領とプーチン大統領の会談を行い、さらにトランプ大統領が加わり和平協定の締結を目指すとしました。またウクライナの安全保障のために、アメリカと欧州がNATOに準じる形で防衛支援を行うことも決まりました。アメリカはウクライナに軍を常駐させるかどうかには言及しませんでしたが、昨年６月にイタリアで開かれたG7で、ウクライナ軍の防衛力・抑止力を維持できるよう軍事訓練などの支援を行うとする二国間の取り決めが為されていました。

15日、アンカレッジのエルメンドルフ米軍基地でプーチン大統領を迎え、米大統領専用車ビーストに連れだって乗り込んだトランプ大統領。会談は当初、通訳を加えて米露大統領１対１で行われる予定でしたが、３対３の形式に変更されました。アメリカ側にはルビオ国務長官とウィットコフ中東担当特使、ロシア側はラブロフ外相、ウシャコフ大統領補佐官（外交担当）が同席しました。会合では停戦や終戦に関する合意には至りませんでしたが、トランプ大統領は、今後プーチン大統領とゼレンスキー大統領との間で開かれる協議には自分も参加する意向がある話し、大きな前進があったことを強調しました。ゼレンスキー大統領は週明けにワシントンを訪問する予定です。EUの首脳らも米露首脳会議について批判的なコメントは出していませんが、ウクライナに侵攻し、会談中も軍事攻撃を緩めていなかったロシアに対して厳しい制裁が課されるべきと話しています。

Zelnickova was born in Zlin, an aircraft manufacturing town in Moravia. Her first marriage was to an Austrian real estate agent. In the early 1970s she moved to Canada, first to Toronto and then to Montreal, to be with a ski instructor boyfriend. Exiting Czechoslovakia during this period was, the files said, “incredibly difficult.” Zelnickova moved to New York. In April 1977 she married Trump.
