震災と大雨にのみこまれ、海の浜辺まで流れ着いた小さなマーガレットの鉢植え。
本来いるはずの場所を失いながらも、砂浜に根を張り、強い風にも砂嵐にも負けずに生きようとしていました。

やがて太陽の光がやさしく差し込み、その白い花は静かに、しかし力強く咲き続けました。

この花の姿に、人の人生も重なります。
苦しみの中でも、与えられた場所で懸命に生きること。
それは、小さくても確かな希望なのだと思います。

花は文句を言いません。
ただ、与えられた場所で精いっぱい咲こうとします。

人もまた同じかもしれません。
流されても、倒れても、もう一度立ち上がる。

この白い花に、私は生きる強さを教えられました。

A small potted margaret flower was swept away by the earthquake and heavy rain, carried all the way to the seaside shore.

Even after losing the place where it originally belonged, it took root in the sand and kept trying to live, enduring strong winds and sandstorms.

Then, gentle sunlight reached it, and the white flowers continued to bloom quietly, yet powerfully.

In this flower, I see human life itself.
Even in suffering, we keep living where we are placed.
That, I believe, is a small but certain hope.

Flowers never complain.
They simply try their best to bloom where they are placed.

Perhaps people are the same.
Even if we are swept away or fall down, we rise again.

This white flower taught me the true strength of living.

流されて
なお陽を仰ぐ
浜の花

倒れても
咲いてみせます
この命

Washed by the waves
Still reaching for the sunlight
A flower on shore

Even if I fall
I will bloom once again
This precious life
