What Challenge Are You Working Through?

At ATD TechKnowledge (TK), you don’t just sit back and listen. You explore, test ideas, connect with other L&D professionals, and focus on the learning technology challenges that matter most to you.

Find Your Focus at TK

Everyone comes to TK with a different challenge. Five TK personas bring those challenges to life. Each represents a different focus, from accessible learning and tech adoption to AI, learner engagement, and preparing for what’s next.

Your challenge is the starting point. From there, TK gives you different ways to shape your experience through Inspiration, Ideation, Application, and Collaboration. Hear fresh perspectives, work through ideas with peers, put strategies into practice, and make connections that help you keep moving forward after the conference ends.
