At today's energy committee meeting we passed bill A9827, which requires the public service commission to publish information on proposed rate changes by gas or electric utilities. This includes explaining why the rate change is needed and a summary of how the revenue will be

The proposed elimination of the “Save Harmless” provision in education funding will disproportionately impact rural school districts like many of the schools in #AD106. I am calling for Foundation Aid to be restored to FY2023-24 levels!
