How to Shop with Points at Amazon.com
1. Enroll your account
Link your Bilt Rewards account to your Amazon.com account and enroll in Shop with Points.
2. Shop
Millions of items at Amazon.com are eligible. Select and add to your cart
3. Proceed to checkout
Select Bilt Points as your payment method. You can choose to use Bilt Points to cover all or a portion of your charge.
4. Place your order
Review and place your order. The Bilt Points that are applied to your order will be converted to dollars and deducted from your checkout total in the "Order Summary" box.

Terms and Conditions - Amazon.com Shop with Points Program for Bilt Rewards
By participating in the Amazon.com Shop with Points program (“SWP”) using Bilt Points, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Amazon.com Conditions of Use and the Bilt Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, linked at the end of these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully, together with the Amazon.com Privacy Notice, to understand Amazon.com’s practices and the rules applicable to your Bilt Rewards Account.
To use your Bilt Points to purchase eligible items at Amazon.com (the “Amazon Site”), your Bilt Rewards account must be linked to your Amazon Site account through the SWP enrollment process (please refer to the question “How do I enroll my Bilt Rewards account in Shop with Points?” in the FAQ section to better understand the process). Amazon and/or Bilt reserves the right to restrict your use of SWP or to un-enroll your Bilt Rewards Account by de-linking it from your Amazon Site account at any time in Amazon or Bilt’s sole discretion, including when misuse or fraud is suspected.
You agree that Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and/or service providers (collectively, “Amazon”) may share with Bilt, its affiliates and/or service providers (collectively, “Bilt”) certain information that you have provided or will provide to Amazon, in each case for the limited purposes of validating your eligibility to participate in SWP, linking your Amazon Site account to your Bilt Rewards Account, and/or, once enrolled, facilitating your participation in SWP through redemption of your Bilt Points, including processing payments for purchases on the Amazon Site made with Bilt Points. You further agree that Bilt may share with Amazon certain information that you have provided or will provide to Bilt and/or information regarding your Bilt Rewards Points balance, in each case for the limited purposes of validating your eligibility to participate in SWP and processing any purchases you choose to make by redeeming your Bilt Points. Neither Amazon nor Bilt will use information provided to it by the other party in support of SWP for any purpose other than as expressly set forth in this paragraph.
Certain products listed on the Amazon Site are not eligible for purchase using Bilt Points, and these items may change at any time. For a list of ineligible products, please see the Shop with Points help page linked at the end of these Terms and Conditions. Following enrollment in SWP, during the checkout process for purchases of eligible items on the Amazon Site, you will be presented with the number of your available Bilt Points and the total value of such points that you can apply towards the total cost (including taxes and shipping, as applicable) of the items being purchased. The redemption value of Bilt Points through SWP is subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Bilt, subject to the terms and conditions of your Bilt Rewards Account and applicable law. Your available Bilt Points may be used to pay for all or a portion of your eligible purchases on the Amazon Site. If you pay for only a portion of an eligible purchase using Bilt Points, then the balance must be paid using an eligible card on file or an Amazon.com gift card. Bilt will adjust your rewards balance at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough Bilt Points in your Bilt Rewards Account at the time that you wish to redeem your Bilt Points. If you do not have enough Bilt Points remaining in your Bilt Rewards Account at the time they are to be redeemed, you can still complete the purchase by paying the outstanding balance with an eligible card or an Amazon.com gift card. There is no fee to redeem your Bilt Points on the Amazon Site. Bilt Points may not be combined with points from other rewards programs, or with other credit or debit cards, to make purchases using SWP.
Returns are subject to Amazon’s returns policy. If any of the products related to your original order are returned, subject to Amazon’s refund policy, you will receive a refund of the amount charged to your card first, followed by Bilt Points. If a refund of your Bilt Points cannot be processed by Bilt for reasons including but not limited to (a) closure of your card account or (b) closure of your rewards account, Amazon will issue an Amazon.com Gift Card to you for an amount equal to the value of the Bilt Points used towards your purchase.
If your eligible Bilt Rewards Account is linked to an Amazon Site account that is not your own (such as an additional cardholder), or you allow others to access your Amazon Site account where you have linked a Bilt Rewards Account, your Bilt Points balance and associated total redemption value will be displayed and available for their use.
