Shop with Points at Amazon.com offers you the ability to redeem your Citi ThankYou Points to pay for all or part of your eligible orders, including tax and shipping. Once you complete the enrollment process, you can redeem Citi ThankYou Points to pay for an order at Amazon.com.

Amazon will check to see if your Citi card is eligible for Shop with Points. If it is eligible, Amazon will automatically enroll your card, allowing you to see and use your rewards balance on Amazon.com at checkout. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of automatic enrollment. If you opted out but would like to enroll your card, or if you would like to enroll your card ahead of automatic enrollment, you can manually enroll it.

Enroll your card to Shop with Points

To see if your ThankYou Account is linked to your Amazon.com account, visit the Shop with Points page in Your Account on Amazon.com. For cards issued in the US, you can also visit thankyou.com and click on the drop-down menu under your name and select My Shop with Points Account. For cards issued outside the US, you can visit your local Citi rewards website.

If you no longer want to use Citi ThankYou Points to shop at Amazon.com, you can unenroll your card in “Shop with Points” under “Account & Lists” and then “Your Account”. You will still be able to use your Citi credit card for transactions at Amazon.com.

No. There is no fee for using Citi ThankYou Points at Amazon.com.

Authorized users on your eligible Citi credit card may use ThankYou Points at Amazon.com if they share the same Card number as you.

To use your ThankYou Points to pay for all or part of your eligible purchase, please follow the steps below: 1. Checkout through your Shopping Cart. 2. Select your eligible Citi card as the payment method and choose the amount of points you want to apply to the total due. If you don’t have enough points to cover the cost of your entire order, you may use your eligible Citi card or an Amazon.com Gift Card to pay for the remainder of your order. 3. The points you apply to the order will be deducted from your purchase total and displayed as "Rewards Points" in the Order Summary. Citi will adjust your ThankYou Points balance at the time of purchase.

You may use the Citi credit card from which the rewards are applied or use Amazon.com Gift Cards to pay for the rest of your order.

You can shop millions of items at Amazon.com using Shop with Points. Please note, however, that rewards cannot be used for all purchases at Amazon.com. Please reference our restrictions list below.

About Shop with Points Restrictions

Rewards from multiple reward programs cannot currently be aggregated for a single order. You may register multiple rewards programs at Amazon.com; however, rewards purchases will be paired with the card associated with the rewards program.

Purchases made with ThankYou Points or other rewards currency at Amazon.com follow Amazon's standard return policies.
