Feedback
From the manufacturer
Nintendo Switch AC Adapter
Nintendo Switch is a breakthrough home video game console. It not only connects to a TV at home, but it also instantly transforms into an on-the-go handheld using its 6.2-inch screen. For the first time, players can enjoy a full home-console experience anytime, anywhere.
This AC Adapter is the same as the one included with every Nintendo Switch
The screen includes capacitive multi-touch capabilities for compatible games. Battery life can last for more than six hours, but will vary depending on the software and usage conditions. For example, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild can be played for roughly three hours on a single charge.
While away from home, Nintendo Switch can be charged by plugging the AC adapter into the console's USB Type-C connector.

Customers say
Customers find the Nintendo Switch adapter works well, is genuine from Nintendo, and is convenient for travel. However, the charging speed receives mixed feedback - while some say it charges fast, others report it doesn't work at all. Moreover, durability is a concern as units break within a year, and connectivity is mixed with some reporting it works with both Switch and Macbook Pro, while others say it doesn't plug in properly. Value for money is also mixed, with some finding it worth the price while others consider it overpriced.

Official Nintendo Charger, Works Perfectly
Works exactly as expected. I wanted an official Nintendo Switch AC adapter instead of taking chances with a third-party charger. Charging is stable and it works perfectly with my Switch OLED and dock. Simple, reliable, and definitely worth having as an extra charger.

My charger randomly died after 7ish years so I wanted to buy a reliable Nintendo one and not a knock off. So far this cord works well and I have had no concerns with it.
It came a day earlier than expected as well!
