Here is another fine Meross product. It is a compact way to control multiple devices through the Meross app. Sitting side by side with one of the MSS110 smart plug mini- the siganl strength is showing 29% while the MSS110 shows 63% , however I haven't noticed it disconnecting from the WiFi signal. Easy to control individual outlets and schedule them to turn on or off when desired. We use the schedule to limit the charge time for our cell phones at night. They only need a few hours to max out so we schedule it to turn off after 2-3 hours. Hopefully will extend the life of our batteries. One thing I would like to see is a way to be able to screw mount to a wall or cabinet. Would recommend to anyone looking for a smart power strip.

I had a Biopod paludarium which has timers for everything and the main motherboard died on it so I had to get something quickly to replace it before my frogs died because they need a specific environment to survive. I had never set any other wifi timer device up before but found this to be kind of easy once you get the hang of it. I also have Apple home kit so I set it up with that but it doesn't allow for programing intricate timers for on off use every hour so I used the Meross ap to set the scenes and it's flawless once you figure out how to do it. I have a fan and mister that goes on and off different times of the day all day and night long and lights that go on and off once a day and night and it all works. I watch some videos to learn how to set it up which helped. The only 2 things I don't like is that the 3 usb ports only have one setting so you have to use 3 things with the same timing. Also, to note, if you move and change your wifi name, it looses all the settings and you have to reprogram the entire thing from start. But All in all it's an excellent product.

What a great product for those times when you need to control multiple items from a single outlet. Each of the three sockets is able to be independently controlled. The USB's are treated as one, so either all USB on or all off. Homekit setup could not have been easier and I did not have to do any special tricks to get it to connect to my wifi. In Homekit you can keep the power strip listed at one device or break out the outlets and group of USB's so they appear as individual units.

Overall built quality seems very good. The meross app lets you see wifi signal strength along with the firmware version and option to turn the LED's on or off, which are great for use in a bedroom since they are pretty bright. This is my first experience with this brand and based on the price, performance, and quality I will be buying more.

It can sometimes be hard to find good HomeKit enabled devices on Amazon for a reasonable price. I think this device hits the sweet spot in terms of price and quality. The power strip was very easy to set up and only took about 1 minute to unbox and connect.

The only negative about this product is that it only has 3 sockets (essentially only adding two sockets after being plugged in). I wish there were one or two additional outlets in order to make the power strip a bit more useful for entertainment center setups. The USB ports come in handy if you plan on using them for chargers as well!

Good Value - Homekit setup simple
Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2020

I purchased this a bit unsure as I don't know the Meross brand. But the price was worth investigating for my needs in a work from home scenario where I wanted remote access (HomeKit) to turn on/off office lighting for video conferencing.

There are some awkward translation in the manual, but nowhere near poor enough to have any misunderstanding about how to setup. The manual tells you many times to reach out tot heir support team if you have any trouble - but setup was simple so I didn't need to do that.

What can I say? It was simple and straightforward to setup and it works well. I knew in advance that my home mesh wifi network was dual band, and I knew from reading the manual that the best thing to ensure easy setup is to disable 5 GHz band during the setup period - so I didn't run into any issues there (I use Eero for my router so it was simple to temporarily disable the 5 GHz for this setup).

In Homekit I was able to take the single tile for the power strip and flip a switch so that each outlet had it's own tile in my Homekit room.

I'll report back after a month or two if there are any updates - but right now my thoughts are that this is a simple product that was simple to setup - at a good value.

Multiple Wi-Fi control from one outlet
Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2018

I use the Meross Smart Wi-Fi Power Strip at my living room sofa. I have the two end table lamps plugged into it along with a small personal fan for my wife. Each can be named and controlled individually from the Meross application even though they are all on the same power strip. I have also purchased a 4 pack of the Meross Wi-Fi Mini Smart plugs that are also controlled from the same Meross application. I was able to detect, connect, and name each device easily through the Meross application. The 4 USB ports are only able to be named and controlled as one group. I leave them turned on for now so visitors have a place to charge their phones and tablets. I have enabled the Meross Alexa skill and set up routines for each outlet. Most of the time we prefer to use voice commands such as "Alexa, turn on East Lamp" or "Alexa, turn off fan" instead of opening the application. I have even set up the Alexa routine "Alexa, turn off living room" to turn off all of the devices at once before I head back to the bedroom in the evening.

Recently, we went on a week vacation. I sent up the Meross application to turn on and off the various lights during the evenings while we were gone to simulate the appearance someone was home. I used the Meross application on my phone to check the status of the outlets to make sure it happened, as well as manually toggling them on or off myself. It worked great!

The power strip is very good quality and does not feel cheap. I feel I can trust it to draw current without overheating or shorting out.

I highly recommend this product where you have devices close together that you would like to control individually through a Wi-Fi connection.

I bought this so I could turn off my entertainment system in the living room with Google Assistant, works great! Easy setup, no issues. The only thing I wish it had was at least one more outlet if not three more then this would be a perfect product in my opinion. You can control each outlet with you voice and all the USB ports are controlled as one. You can also control everything with the app. I purchased this because I also have a single outlet cube from Meross that works great and I wanted to minimize the amount of apps I use for my smart products. I would totally recommend this even though it only has three outlets.

Don’t buy this. Expect it to one day just stop working. HomeKit will say unreachable and you’ll trouble shoot everything on it, follow all the steps to reconnect it, look at all the trouble shooting guides and then reach out to the worst customer service team possible, who will tell you to turn it off and on again, restart your router and walk you through every trouble shooting step you already did from their FAQ then they will just throw thier hands in the air and say welp not our problem. They ended up telling me it just doesn’t work with my router even though it’s the same one I’ve had for years and it worked just fine for two years. Nothing at all changed it just disconnected and doesn’t work anymore. If it were just one product fine, but every single product I’ve had from them eventually just stopped connecting and then they said welp not our problem. I’ll never ever buy from them again. Do yourself a favor and go with any other option. It may be a bit more pricy but at least it works, and when it doesn’t at least they will help you get it working again. I’ve switched over to Phillips Hue for everything at this point, or Aquara. Just go with them.

This is my second Merissa product and I am very happy with the companies products. I purchased this one since I was looking for a power bar that had surge protection, but since I am loving smart items, this combined both.

The power cord is long. The actual set up of the smart power strip is very easy. The Meross app makes it very easy to add and manage their products, and Google Home easily recognizes the power strip.

You can customize the name of each power plug and USB port (only if there is something plugged into it).

I am currently using it in my room, but it can be used in the living room or TV room.

Easy to set up, control 3 outlets and a group of USB ports. I use this (along with other meross outlets) in my plant room inside. Auto scheduled timers for my air pumps, lights, humidifier and fan. Works as advertised and super affordable to bring some automation to your home.

I took away a star as I wish the outlets were oriented the other way (inline with power bar) so I could add a splitter to each. Most my power needs are low, I just have many items to power :)

Edit:.had a problem with the USB port always providing power. Contacted meross and in a few days they are shipping me out a new product. I love when a company stands by their product and values customer satisfaction. Earns another half star 🙂 4.5 if I could
