The controller I purchased did not have a fan so battery life didnt really apply.

This controller is definitely one of my favorites! First it is EVERYTHING I wanted in a controller. It's like it was designed for the note 8! I can use it both with my case, without pushing my side buttons and with my screen protector with 100% reliability that when I pull the trigger it does what its suppose to without delay. My screen is the gadget guard 2.0 and the case is the UAG.

Durability is definitely better than most I've seen. I'm a pretty consistantly daily gamer and its held up during the abuse of matches not going my way, I'd say that's a win. However I do see how extreme abuse may cause breakage like anything else. The build of this is not held together with thin wires like past controllers I've tried so I believe its save to say with normal use and a little care this could last quite some time

Price it's cheaper than some I've tried and better quality definitely worth the purchase

Comfort over all it is great. Personally I'd like a bit more to grip on to and using it as a kick stand is pointless but neither of those are enough to turn me off this product.

This product is worth the money. You get what you pay for with a little more durability than expected.

So far I've played a few games and it's great I have a galaxy S8 the reasons I bought this one,

1. It does not interfere with the volume or Bixby button unlike other ones have.

2. Its triggers are closer to the screen so it doesnt take much pull on the trigger to shoot or aim.

3. It holds on to the phone very tightly.

4. It has a good feel in the hands and I have bigger hands.

5. The buttons dont bother me on the screen.

I bought the one without the fan and i do feel my phone getting warm but no warmer then it did without the controller.

When setting it up you have to disable emotes because it fires right in the remote button. But luckily it can be disabled.

You also need to change the aim button to Hold are else you have to click the aim button twice to switch from aiming to non aiming luckily changing to hold makes it only aim when pressed down.

I've uploaded a photo showing the settings that need changed in order to have smooth gameplay.

The reason people get grip/holder is for ergonomic reasons. This holder is only ergonomically sensible for small phones imo. I think this one is optimized for phones 4 to 4-1/2".

When you grab the handle bars, the two thumbs comfortably land in the center of the holder, and you have to twist your wrists outward to be able to press the buttons if you have a larger phone (6 or 6-1/2"). I think it's fair to claim that this is an ergonomic misfunction. This holder for sure does not work for my 6-1/2" phone.

I am giving this five stars b/c I think this is a solid product, but it didn't work for me.

.it works well. Having said that I have gone through so many of these... replacements.

The rubber contact oints fall off and one has to get creative..at first the rubber from a dollar store sylus worked well. Alas, they don't carry that product any longer .I found gloves that are screen conductive and pasted the fingertip on the needed location..presently I have some steel wool balled up and glued to the contact levers.

At first, the reviews didn’t give me a sense of how they felt. After purchasing and using it for about a few months, I can say they feel like holding a PS4 controller. Currently using it to play COD: Mobile and works fine.

One thing I don’t like is how hard you have to press the triggers to get the buttons on the phone to register. At first I thought they were inconsistent, but it’s because the gap between the rubbery part and the phone. I’m saying you have to force that trigger hard, I’m saying it’s like shooting with the Xbox controller trigger, but pulling it all the way and then some slightly. It won’t break off if you actually take care of it properly, and not sitting on it, throwing it around.

If you’re worried about getting scratches on the sides of the phone, don’t. It has rubbery parts that stop the phone from contacting with the plastic. If you have a thick case or a case that is slightly thicker than your phone, it won’t work.

The material is obviously plastic but it’s like the plastic of a UKArms airsoft spring gun. Not bad since I use it on the daily and doesn’t have any signs of wear or splitting.

Overall a good spend for those mobile gamers wanting to not play with four fingers on the screen all the time.
