First, check out through your Shopping Cart. Next, select your Elan Financial Services issued credit card as the payment method and choose the amount of rewards you want to apply to the order. If you don’t have enough rewards to cover the cost of your entire order, you may use your rewards to pay for a portion of your order and use your Elan Financial Services issued credit card or an Amazon.com Gift Card to pay for the remainder of your order. The rewards you apply to an eligible order will be deducted from your order total and displayed as “Rewards Points” in the Order Summary. Elan Financial Services issued credit cards will adjust your rewards balance at the time of purchase. At this time, Elan Financial Services issued credit cards can be redeemed for online orders at Amazon.com only and are not redeemable from Amazon.com over the phone.

First, ensure your eligible Elan Financial Services issued credit card is enrolled in Shop with Points by clicking on “Accounts & Lists” located near the top right corner of the page. Select “Shop with Points” under “Shopping programs and rentals”. If enrolled, you will see your Elan Financial Services issued credit card rewards balance here. You may also proceed to checkout and view your balance on the Payments Page.

Yes, you may apply any eligible promotional coupons or Gift Cards to orders paid using Elan Financial Services issued credit card rewards.

First, ensure your eligible credit card is enrolled in Shop with Points by clicking on “Accounts & Lists” located near the top right corner of the page. Then, go to “Shop with Points” under “Shopping programs and rentals”. If the program is not listed under “Your Enrolled Rewards Accounts”, follow the directions on this page to enroll. If you have confirmed your eligible rewards account is enrolled in Shop with Points and you do not see your Elan Financial Services issued credit card rewards account, please contact Elan Financial Services using the phone number on the back of your credit card.

You may use the Elan Financial Services issued credit card from which the rewards are applied or use Amazon.com Gift Cards or Amazon.com account credit balance to pay for the rest of your order.

Rewards from multiple reward programs cannot currently be aggregated for a single order. You may register multiple rewards programs at Amazon.com; however, rewards purchases will be paired with the card associated with the rewards program.

If any of the products related to your original order are returned, subject to Amazon’s refund policy, you will receive a refund of the amount charged to your Elan Financial Services issued credit card first if you used your Elan Financial Services issued credit card or a credit on your Amazon account first if you used a Amazon.com Gift Card, followed by Elan Financial Services issued credit card rewards points. If a refund of your Elan Financial Services issued credit card rewards points cannot be processed by Elan Financial Services for reasons including but not limited to (a) closure of your card account, (b) closure of your rewards account, or (c) conversion of your rewards to a non-reward account, Amazon will issue an Amazon.com Gift Card to you for an amount equal to the value of the Elan Financial Services issued credit card rewards points used towards your purchase.

Purchases made with rewards at Amazon.com follow Amazon.com's standard return policies. Please visit the Returns and Refunds page at Amazon.com for more information.
