Thank you all for helping me sort this out, without your input, knowledge and solving minds, I would still be reeling and feeling overwhelmed. On Monday, I will contact my pulmonologist first thing. Again, thank you for your help.

An Open Letter: The 2 Words Not to Say to Someone with Chronic Illness

Sharing this tip a second time for those who missed it !😊 It’s so much easier to clean your tub or shower when using a regular size household mop. Not having to bend over helps me to breathe better. I spray the bottom and sides of the shower with the cleaner after wetting it down first, wait a few minutes, then scrub with the mop instead of a brush or sponge. I bought a light weight mop to use for the bathrooms only….not the floors. I scrub, rinse the shower with only water and then rinse the mop and let it dry until next time🥰

My husband went outside this afternoon. When he came back in he said boy it’s hot out there. I said well it’s only 105. He said it felt like 120. It is hot today, but the humidity is 26. For me I will take the hot with low humidity. I hope everyone is staying comfortable and hydrated.

Hello everyone: Does anyone have any experience with Zephyr values? I have severe Emphysema with Bronchiectasis, Asthma, and hyper-expanded lungs. I'm afraid I have no room left for any additional expansion and I cannot get the used air out of my lungs. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all and have an awesome day!

Has anyone had experience with a stair lift? I almost got one to navigate the steps in my garage. We got an estimate of $3000, and then once they had the appointment, which was missed due to that company's broken-down car, they lowered the boom. Installation for a straight shot would be over $10,000! They kept emphasizing how it has a lifetime warranty. I'll now look for another estimate. This one was ridiculous. Did you install it yourself or did you have it installed? Do they work okay?
