Candidate Information:
- BTech (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) from NIT KURUKSHETRA currently in 4th year.
- Accenture visited our campus for this opportunity.
Overview of Interview Process:
Initial Screening
- There was an online assessment which was conducted from collage labs, and Accenture team was also there.
- The OA consist of 3 rounds itself
- First was kind of memory based gaming type round which was non eliminatory
- Second was MCQ based round in which questions from topics like os,dbms,devops,networking, some aptitude type, this round was eliminatory
- After clearing this round next was coding round in which 1 sql, 1 coding(java,python only) , 1 web development (html,css,js) task was there, this round was also eliminatory.
- The whole OA process was in one sitting only on same day.
- After clearing all these rounds selected candidates got the mail from Accenture , for the communication round , which was also eliminatory , and this round was one week later of the OA.
Technical Round
- After successfully clearing all the rounds almost 35/300 candidates got the interview mail from Accenture, i was one of them .
- Interview was scheduled from campus labs only, although it was online and it was Technical+HR.
- My interview lasted 1 hour
- I was asked to introduce my self then deep dive into my projects , questions like why this tech stack , mongodb vs sql , some questions based on features in my project like what if we change this what will happen which code will get affected etc
- After all technical questions interviewer moved to managerial round type questions like questions on teamwork ,achievements, future goals etc.
Post-Interview Reflections:
- After one month i got the mail from Accenture that i was selected for this role.
- Although i did not accepted the offer because before this result came i was selected in some other company.
- Overall it was i nice experience , lengthy as well :)
Additional Information:
- Overall 15 candidates accepted the offer finally
- Accenture was offering 11.89 LPA
Closing Note:
- OA was challenging part in whole process , because in coding round candidates which solved 3/3 questions correctly were shortlisted only, so if you are from C++ background then you need to be familiar with other language like java , python syntax as well because logic is same but you need to code in java , python (although coding question was easy) and sql query was also medium , and last web development question was also challenging so overall coding round was medium type.
