I recently attended the IBM On-Campus Drive (September 2025) and would like to share my experience.
🧠 Eligibility
- Open to female candidates from all branches.
- Conducted across multiple colleges in Bangalore.
- The entire selection process consisted of three rounds.
🧩 Round 1: Coding Assessment 1 (Virtual)
Mode: Online (Proctored)
Duration: 1 hour
No. of Questions: 2
Difficulty Level: Moderate
Topics Covered:
- Greedy Algorithms
- Max Heap
Candidates who cleared this round were shortlisted for the next assessment round, conducted offline after 4 days.
💻 Round 2: Coding Assessment 2 (Offline)
Mode: Offline (Morning Session)
Duration: 80 minutes
No. of Questions: 3
Difficulty Level: Moderate to Difficult
Question Types:
- If-Else Logic – Medium
- SQL Query with JOINs – Medium
- Pattern Printing – Difficult
🔹 Note: Based on feedback and previous experiences, this was considered the toughest round.
🔹 Out of all participating colleges in Bangalore, only 5 students were shortlisted for the next (Interview) round.
🎯 Round 3: Technical + HR Interview
As I was not selected for this round, I don’t have complete details of the questions asked.
However, based on past experiences, candidates can expect core subject, coding, and HR-related questions.
