A Complete Review of David Ayer's work (15 movies items)

"It was actually directed by Clark Johnson, David Ayer wrote the screenplay. On paper, this movie sounded really awesome. Indeed, a movie dealing with a S.W.A.T. team made of Samuel L. Jackson, Colin Farrell, Jeremy Renner, LL Cool J and Michelle Rodriguez could and should have been really badass. "A decent cast is wasted in a flat, uninvolving action movie about an elite team of the police force who have to face with day-to-day training until they are called upon to escort a French criminal who places a bounty on those who can break him out of police custody. Samuel L. Jackson and Colin Farrell lead the cast which includes a young Jeremy Renner in a film that lacks character development or an interesting plot line but prefers to concentrate on unexciting set pieces."
