Why don’t people do it and upload it? I’ve been trying to find a streaming service with all language dubs but I’ve been having trouble

Take me from start to finish. You see a spot you like in a good neighbourhood. What’s your process? (I calculate my caprate and x is good with a y occupancy rate. I hire this entity that i pay however much to see the details etc). Make it as detailed as possible for a curious guy that’s never purchased property
