On 21 October 2026, Kenya’s National Assembly passed the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill, 2023, seeking to strengthen public awareness of sexual offences and protect survivors’ right to education, including teenage mothers.
This #MashujaaDay, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮.
