THE ACTOR AWARDS RSVP SCREENING PROGRAM
The Actor Awards RSVP Screening Program is available to active, paid-up SAG-AFTRA members who want to receive email notifications about FYC screenings, Q&As, and other awards-season events hosted by studios and networks.
How It Works
- Sign up to receive notifications via email for up to 2 (two) regional areas.
- Events are announced on a rolling basis; there is no centralized calendar of upcoming events.
- RSVPs are first-come, first-served, and Nominating Committee members may be prioritized.
- Admittance is not guaranteed.
- Participation is subject to the Event Attendance Policy described below.

- Check your spam and security filters.
- Add DoNotReply@mg.actorawardsRSVP.org to your address book to avoid blocked emails.
PARTICIPATION POLICIES
Participation in the Actor Awards RSVP Program requires that all SAG-AFTRA members agree to adhere to the following rules:
RSVP Guidelines
- When RSVPing, you must select "SAG-AFTRA" as your affiliation. Falsely claiming Nominating Committee status could impact your eligibility to serve on future nominating committees, for final voting, and to review FYC materials and invitations.
- If you RSVP to an event but can no longer attend, you must cancel using the cancellation email listed in the invitation within 12 hours of the event. This courtesy allows others to attend in your place.
- Members may not contact studios directly except to RSVP to events. All other requests or questions regarding events must be directed to the Awards Office.
Event Attendance Policy
This policy has been adopted as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure fair access to Actor Awards FYC events. Our goal is not to discourage participation, but to reduce empty seats and help ensure as many members as possible have the opportunity to attend. Frequent no-shows make it difficult for studios to accurately manage attendance, often resulting in overbooked events, longer waitlists, and a less predictable experience for everyone.
Cancellation Requirements: When you RSVP for an event, that reservation is held specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your RSVP directly with the hosting studio, at least 12 hours before the event begins, using the contact information included in your invitation. This allows your seat to be offered to another member.
No-Shows: A no-show is defined as RSVPing for an event and not attending without cancelling at least 12 hours before the event begins.
Warning: 3 no-shows during the season will result in a warning email.
Probation Period: A 4th no-show will result in a probation period, where members will be restricted from receiving event invitations to Actor Award FYC events for the remainder of the pre-nomination period through January 3, 2027.
Conduct & Behavior at Events
SAG-AFTRA members and their guests must behave in a professional and courteous manner when attending FYC events. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Behaving courteously towards other members, event organizers/staff, and guests, and avoiding disruptions during the course of events.
- Complying with the event organizer’s rules and policies, particularly with respect to photography and video recording. Autographs, selfies, or photography requests of any kind are not permitted.
- Members must present their valid SAG-AFTRA ID card at event check-in.
- It is unacceptable for members to attempt to access events without a proper RSVP or ticket, present fraudulent identification, or enable another person to falsely represent themselves using your identification and/or Nominating Committee card.
Any violation of the rules or transgression of decorum will be subject to review by the Awards Committee, which has authority to remove the member from present and future Nominating Committees, suspend final voting eligibility, and recommend that a member be brought up on member disciplinary charges pursuant to the SAG-AFTRA Constitution.
