Carter found a giant worm today on the trampoline. He kept holding it up and pretending like he was going to lick it. He told us it was his version of "Fear Factor for Kids!"

K-West has a new skit character that has already made several appearances. His name is Ernest and he is a very funny old man. Colton decided to dress up in Elmer's clothes tonight in the dining hall.

Kanakuk 2012

Kamp is officially underway for the summer. Our staff is here getting trained and ready to welcome the kampers on June 2nd. The Rapp boys have dived right in here at K-West. They are having such a great time and are jumping in on all the games and activities of staff training week. How blessed our boys are to be surrounded by the guys and gals of K-West. And Collins? Of course she is a big hit this summer. She loves being in my arms best, but doesn't mind being held by other staff.

Grandad is at K-West this week serving as the kamp doctor. It is fun to have him here! Last night he and Collins were watching the K-West championship kickball game at K-Kauai.

Colton

Today Colton came inside and told me that while he was "drying his hands" on the wood, he got a splinter. (Hmm, how strange!?) I told him to come into my bathroom so that I could get the splinter out. While I was working on it he said, "Ouch mom, you are hurting my cute little finger."
