CHRISTMAS DAY

So the kids woke us up at 6:45 which we told them to so we wouldn't have to get up too early and just sit there and wait forever for Ray, Linda and Mindy to come. The girls were so excited they could barely handle themselves!!! We woke Tayvin up and when they got here we all headed down stairs....

The kids got everything they asked for and more! Tyson's mom and dad bought both girls each a desk that they absolutely love! I would have to say that the wiggle car was Tayvin's favorite. That is all he cared about for the first 10 minutes! It was so awesome to see the kids be so excited!

CHRISTMAS EVE

Christmas Eve was alot of fun. We opened one present, chich of course were our new pj's! The kids were so excited to get them! We went to Tyson's mom and dad's for dinner and hung out for a little bit and then went to mine and watched the Christmas Carol. We went home and said good bye to our Elf, Elvina. The girls were sad to see her go! We put reindeer food out for the reindeer had the kids pose with their new pj's on watched Chirstmas Vacation and went to bed to wait for Santa to come.....

GIRLS CHRISTMAS PARTY

So every year we have a Christmas Party with my good friends. We trade houses each year for 1 of us to be the host and they have the main course and the rest of us bring the sides. This year it was Katie's turn and she had it at her club house. She made some really good chicken! She did a great job!! Thanks Katie!! It was a blast! So fun to get together just as a girls and eat, talk, exchange presents and just to hang out!! I have the GREATEST friends ever!! Also, this year we added Nikki to our group. She has been such a great friend for so long it was about time we added her in!!!

ZOO LIGHTS

HOLY FREEZING!!! We went to the zoo lights a couple days ago and it was beyond freezing!!! I don't even know if we really got to enjoy it cause it was so cold. The wind was blowing and it was just bone chilling!! Other than that the lights were cool!! Didn't get to see too many animals though! =(  We did get to see Comet and Prancer! No Santa he was getting ready to leave when we stopped by.

BEAUTIFUL DANCING CHRISTMAS

The Christmas dance shows were here and gone! Averrey and Daicia did so good and looked so beautiful! Thank you to their wonderful teachers and MCE for putting together another great show!!!

So they performed twice that night and on the second show Daicia came out without a tap shoe on? I thought maybe she took it off and they didn't have time to go back and get it or they couldn't find it.....So when she was done I asked her where her tap shoe was and she pointed to a little girl that stands behind her in their line and says "she stepped on it, and it came off!"
 As she was marching on stage she kind of came on weird and looked back but kept on going. She danced the whole entire dance, smiling and all with only one tap shoe! She was a PRO! Did exactly what you should do!

Sitting on Santa's Knee

So we took the kids to the mall the other day and we went to sit on Santa's knee. We weren't so sure what Tayvin would do but after he saw that Averrey and Daicia did it he was ok with it. Although, he would not look at Santa at all. "just keep looking away and it will all be over soon!"

NOTHIN BUT A GOOD TIME

We went and saw Bret Michaels last night at The Depot. It was so AWESOME! We were pretty close to him, not close enough to smell sweat or anything but close! Great concert! Thanks Miguel for getting us the tickets!
