I cant believe it has been so long since the last time that I updated this blog. Life has been so busy with work and school and all the wonderful things life has to offer. Here's a brief recap of the last couple months activities.
School has been really hard this last couple semesters as I have been trying to finish up my last few classes left to finally, and I mean finally, graduate from the community college.
As long as it has taken just to get this far by taking one class here and there until finally deciding what I really wanted to do in the last year and half and taking 12-16 credit hours a semester to accomplish that goal. I have become worn out when it comes to school. Only one more class to go and I can move on to finish my bachelors! Yay!
I can hardly wait.
With as busy as school and work have been I haven't had a lot of extra time. However, Becoming an aunt in February has brought a whole new aspect to life.
I can honestly say that I love my little Kaylie with all my heart, she has touched my life in so many ways. Being an aunt is so much fun. She is starting to get such a sweet little personality and has the sweetest smile and laugh.
Here are a few pictures from the last couple months.
Kaylie's blessing was such an amazing experience to watch my brother use his priesthood to bless his sweet little girl. I am so grateful and blessed with a amazing Dad, brothers, and amazing friends who use their priesthood to bless others.
As you can tell some of these pictures are from a few months ago, as in a few months ago when we still had snow. Kenny is such a great brother to come play with me in the snow. We had so much fun.
We were just a tiny bit cold. Okay pretty much frozen. But is was so much fun.
I am so grateful it has since warmed up and we are enjoying some nice warmer weather as we welcome summer!!! Wahoo! Summer!
Did I mention what a great brother Kenny is, I am sure he gets so tired of me and my "great ideas". I was telling him how great it feels to do a face mask and that his face will never feel the same again (side note, I myself have only done one once before so I was really talking this thing up). He didn't believe me so I cleverly talked him into letting me try one on him. He consented and I got a huge kick out it.
Awesome!!! (Sorry Ken, the secret is out!)
Well that about wraps up the last few months. Hopefully I wont be so far and between until my next post.
