Zillertal, paraíso para casi todo. Mucho frío pero bien acogidos por la hospitalidad y el cariño del maestro Gerhard.

Chequead el "nidito" (de amor, de risas, de buen rollo, de fanatismo, de... todo!), más que recomendable pasar a descubrirlo, a dejarte guiar por el maestro en días de esquí, de boulder, de escalada en hielo, y terminarlos con una acogedora estancia mientras te das una sesión de sauna para acabarla en la "hot tub" (piscina de agua caliente al aire libre rodeado de nieve, amenizándolo todo con una buena cerveza (o unas cuantas!) zillertalenses!! Danke Gerhard!!! (y "puyaqueestamos" : FELIZ AÑO NUEVO... LLENO DE TRANQUILIDAD Y MOTIVACION!)

Zillertal, paradise for almost everything. Very cold days but welcomed by the hospitality and caring from the Master Gerhard.

Check the "nest" (love, laughter, good cheer, fanaticism, ... everything!), Highly recommended to go, to let yourself be guided by the Master in days of skiing, bouldering, climbing on ice, and finish them with a comfortable stay while you take a sauna to finish in the "hot tub" (hot pool outdoors surrounded by snow, with a good zillertaler beer (or a few!)!! Danke Gerhard!! (and... HAPPY NEW YEAR!! full of calmy and motivation!!)

Un finde más cargado de pegones en estas tierras austríacas. Primera tarde en el bosque de Zillergrund, siguiendo los incombustibles Chris Rauch y Thomas Lindinger, me encuentro calentando en Rat Flat que cae en pocos pegues. Una placa de 7a, técnica y de pasos largos que encadeno con salida croqueta. Un encadene que me ha hecho mucha ilusión, normalmente mis proyectos son desplomes con talones, y en este caso, regletitas y pies en adherencia... todo un cambio! mucha motivación!

Another weekend in these Austrian lands. First afternoon in the forest of Zillergrund, following the "supermasters" Chris Rauch and Thomas Lindinger, I warming up in Flat Rat, sending it in a few tries. A 7a line, technical with some "missing" footholds in adherence. Sending that made me very excited, my projects are usually overhangs with heels, and in this case, crimps and non-footholds... quite a change! lot of motivation!

 

Una vez los machos se han fundido Spiders 7c+ (Miguel al flash), movemos campamento a otro proyecto de Chris que se parte rápidamente (este chico vuelve de la lesión de dedo más fuerte que nunca!!!! blocones: https://vimeo.com/65911047 ) y al lado, yo encadeno Bell 7a+ de pinzas y mantle puta, muy recomendable! también una sorpresa que me da otro "punch" de motivación!

Once males have crushed Spiders 7c + (Miguel on flash), we moved to another project of Chris which he quickly sended (this guy came back from the finger injury stronger than ever!! fanatic boulders: https:// vimeo.com/65911047 ) and next, I sended Bell 7a + , highly recommended! Also a surprise that gives me another "punch" of motivation!

Domingo antes de la lluvia tenemos tiempo de pelearnos con antiguos proyectos en el bosque de Ginzling. Los chicos aprovechan las semanas de sequía para trabajar Incubator 8b, un bloque que suele estar mojado pero que han podido apretar en condiciones anormales (todo casi seco). Por mi parte, sigo peleándome en Ginzling Extrem y el 7a+ sin nombre...

Incubator

Sunday before rain, we had time to fight with old projects in the forest of Ginzling. The guys take advantage of these last dry weeks to work in Incubator 8b, a boulder that is usually wet but have been trying in abnormal conditions (almost dry). For my part, I fighted in Ginzling Extrem and in a 7a+ no name ...

Moraleja: la improvisación como modus vivendi. Los bloques nuevos de 7 que "me encuentro por el camino" son de encadene rápido.... aquellos que deseo apretar, sueno con encadenar.. no hay mil pegues posibles que me lleven al canto final... así que... sin guia, bitte... qué me recomiendas my friend?

Moral: improvisation as a modus vivendi. New boulders that "I found in the way" are rapidly sent.... those who I want to send, who I dream off.. no thousand potential tries push me to the last hold ... so ... without a guide, bitte ... what do you recommend me my friend?

Buen día de calentamiento en Zillergrund, antes de la Boulderweltcup Innsbruck, con buenos amigos y mejores apretones, dejando los encadenes para el día de resaca! Tanto a Miguel cómo a mí, los 4 litros de cerveza (por cabeza, igual entraron que salieron...) nos sentaron muy muy bien y conseguimos encadenar los proyectos probados el día anterior! ZILLERGRUND ESTÁ ON FIRE!!!

Good day in Zillergrund trying hard before the Boulderweltcup Innsbruck, with good friends and better grip, letting the "sendings" for the hangover day! For both, Miguel and me, the 4 liters of beer were "the full power" to send the projects tryed the day before!  Zillergrund IS ON FIRE!

Con la motivación por las nubes, me he partido por la mitad Cockbit 7b+ the Zillertal, un blocón BRUTAL, con inicio "raro" pero muy bonito, saliendo en dinámico, para hacer un pequeño mantle y continuar con un techito y un tramo de regletitas... eh! BLOCÓN!!!

Por su parte, MIguel se ha partido otros blocones, como Loco en el Coco 7c, Waldgeist 7c al flash, y Clockworkorange 7c+/8a.

PS: en la compe... todo Innsbruck pendiente de sus atletas... Anna, Kili, los favoritos... medio Austria volcado en su "team".... Ella, al primer pegue, va encadenando el problema 3 de la competición.. público desbordado... y de repente, cuando alcanza el top... suena claro y alto: THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE... ella se gira, y con el puño al aire, celebra con la multitud otra victoria... (piel de gallina). Un ejemplo a seguir, como mujer, como estudiante, como novia, como amiga.. como escaladora. Anna, your are on fire! I con esto en la cabeza... endecadenes a millones!!!

Klausenalm es un bonito sector de Zillertal, donde los días de invierno soleados asegura buenos apretones y roca seca.
La aproximación es de 10 minutos caminando, siguiendo una pista muy clara, y posteriormente, los bloques se dispersan a ambos lados. Un lugar muy agradecido, sin subidas ni bajadas, y con líneas muy buenas.

 

Con el team femenino pasamos un sábado congelado entre risas y bailoteos “anti-frozen”.
Pero el gran triunfador fue Tom, quien se apuntó a la quedada aún teniendo pito, y en pocos pegues se planchó "burning knee" 8a. Herzlichen Glückwunsch Tom!

LOCA, LOQUITA LOCA!!!

un gran día sólo puede basarse en grandes cosas.... y un día inhumano está repleto de cosas inhumanas que lo definen...

Hoy ha sido UN DÍA GRANDÍSIMO Y REMATADAMENTE INHUMANO (imagínate... VAS A FLIPAR!!! )

Primer proyecto de verdad en Austria.. después de divagar durante un mes, integrándome en el país, haciendo amigos y visitar bonitas zonas de montaña, acumulando motivación y ganas de escalar pero sin tocar mucho la roca, descubriendo más sobre mi cámara y compartir infinidad de momentos pal recuerdo, hoy mi cuerpo ha dicho: vale. ( !!!!!! feliz feliz felizzzzz!!! me dejas?? de verdad?? y después podré dormir?? sin dolor?? seguro??...no he esperado respuesta...jijijiji). No han sido muchos pegues, pero he podido disfrutar de un buen "warming up" con todo el team, sensaciones estrañas con mi cuerpo, sonrisa en mi cara, alegría ante todo, y amor.. mucho amor por todos ellos... porqué aún no somos íntimos.. pero hubiera querido darles un mega axuxón de 8a por hacerme tan y tan feliz... (suerte que no lo he hecho.. seguro los asfixiaba de tantas ganas...) su compañía es mi vida ahora y espero que esta felicidad interior la vean en mi exterior cuando comparto con ellos (aaiiixxx que me pongo pastel pastel!!!) estos días... 

Marlene... la inhumana... espero tenerla en mi vida lo que queda ella..

Hoy ha sido un gran día para ella también, se ha partido "Loco en el Coco" amb un cop de titola como diríamos en casa...

Shine on you crazy Diamond... es el nombre del bloque... como la canción de Pink Floyd, los pasos que lo constituyen han tenido los mismos efectos en mi que la melodía de estos clásicos... calma, mucha calma, y ganas... ganas de vivir más para sentir más...
Después del warming, dudando de si continuar o no, checkeando dedos, tendones, hombros, dolores y sensaciones, y con una sonrisa final de Marlene con cara pillina de "le vas a dar, eh??" ... unos peguitos (inhumanos) al que se ha convertido en mi proyecto... TRES MOVIMIENTOS, eso es lo que ahora me ocupa la mente... TRES PASOS bellos como pocas cosas... GANAS DE DARLES UN APRETÓN INHUMANO... !!!
(hoy me he dado cuenta de que estoy evolucionando... cómo explicarlo.. escalatilmente hablando... ya no soy esa adolescente que no para de subir y bajar piedras sin pensar en las consecuencias... hoy he sabido decir "no", aún teniendo unas ganas sobrenaturales de escalar.. me he sorprendido, una fuerza de dentro ha salido y me ha dicho: si esto es lo que quieres hacer el resto de tu vida... cuidame, mímame y escúchame... hoy ya hemos gozado... no lo estropees...y he guardado los gatos para acompañar al team hacia otro bloque.. sin más.. sin enfadarme.. bien!!)

CRAZY, LITTLE CRAZY CRAZY!
A great day is only based for great things .... and one inhuman day is filled with inhumane things that define it...
Today was A REALLY BIG INHUMAN DAY (imagine. .. vas a flipar!!! )

First real project in Austria .. After wandering for a month, integrate myself into this country, "making friends" and visit beautiful mountain areas, accumulating motivation and desire to climb but not touching much rock, discovering more about my camera and share countless moments that will be good memories, now my body has said: ok. (!!! Happyyyyy happy happy! Do you let me? Really?? And then I can sleep? Without pain? Sure? ... I haven't waited any answer... jijijiji). I have been enjoying a good "warming up" with the whole team, strange sensations in my body, smile on my face, joy at all, and love .. much love for all of them ...  we are not relly close, but I wanted to give them a big big 8a hug choke ... for making me so so happy ... (luckily I haven't did it... I'd have killed them with all my might...) their company is my life now and I hope this inner happiness is also in my exterior when I shared these days with them (too sweety...!!!! )

I'm not a the teen anymore,  going up and down rocks without thinking of the consequences ... today I learned how to say "no".. even having a  supernatural desire to climb .. I was surprised, a force from the inside came out and told me: if this is what you want to do the rest of your life ... take care of me, and listen me, and pamper me ... today we have enjoyed ... do not spoil it ... and I have kept my climbing shoes to accompany the team to another block .. no more .. well .. not angry!)
