Thanksgiving 2011

I have so much to be thankful for this year. I am so thankful for my wonderful family. I am thankful for my sweet healthy loving little boy. I am so thankful for my husband who works so hard to support my shopping addiction for Dylan and I. I am thankful for my warm house and mostly I am so thankful for our savior who made the biggest sacrifice for us.
We had such a fun Thanksgiving day. We went to my parents house and had a nice dinner. Dylan's favorite part of dinner was the cranberry sauce,olives and stuffing. He tried a bite of everything and wasn't a fan of turkey or mashed potatoes.  After lunch I laid him down for his nap and my family played our traditional candy bar game. It was lots of fun and I ended up with the most candy. :) I looked through the  black Friday adds.  I didn't find anything that I wanted to fight the crowd for. I did do some online shopping and got Dylan a little Lightning McQueen power wheel car. Life is great and I am thankful for all I have.

13 months

I have been slacking so bad. It has been awhile since I have posted anything. Dylan is getting so big. He is such a funny little boy. I love him so much. He loves running around. His favorite place in the house is the bathroom. He loves to open and close the door. I don't know what his fascination is with it. :) He loves me to read to him. He has loved books from day one. His new favorite book is the Foot Book. He could have me read that book all day long if I would. I have the book memorized now so all I have to do is repeat it and he is happy. :) I can hide that book and the next thing I know he has found it and bringing it to me to read. Dylan is talking so much.  He has a very large vocabulary for his age. He loves to repeat words so I have to be careful. His new words are "All done" My favorite thing he says is my sisters name Angela. It is so cute how he says it. He says cat and then meows. He baas like a sheep and he is trying to figure out how to make more animal sounds. His quacking is improving. I am so proud of him! Dylan loves to brush his teeth. He gets so excited when I tell him "time to brush your teeth".  He is getting better at brushing them by himself. I feel so blessed to have him, he has reached so many milestones and he keeps growing each and everyday.

Editing posts

I have been going through and looking at posts that I have written months ago and never posted. So if your wondering what is going on that is what I am doing.:0) Also if anyone has any ideas of how I can get my comments to work please email me and let me know. Everyone keeps telling me they cant post any comments so let me know if you know what I can do to fix it. I feel like I have tried everything.

almost 8 months

My baby boy is getting so big.  It has been awhile since I have posted anything.  Easter was so much fun!  We went to my parents house where they have a HUGE egg hunt.  Dylan was so cute! He picked up the eggs and put them in his basket. It was amazing he knew what to do.

 Whew I think the title says it all. Dylan is growing so much everyday. These past few weeks I feel like he has grown so much. He started walking without support and it has been so much fun.  He is improving more and more everyday.  Dylan's favorite word to say is "Dada" It is so cute when he says it. I can't wait until he says more words. Dylan has gotten a mouth full of teeth and now he is getting more teeth on the bottom. He is starting to bite and has left a bruise on my arm. I can't believe he is going to have 8 teeth soon.  The other night he woke up with a high fever and a cough. We took him into the Dr and he has an ear infection. it seems like last time he was getting his two bottom teeth he got an ear infection. These bottom teeth are just plan mean!!

Bike

For Easter we got Dylan a little Vtech bike. It is nice because it can grow with him up to the age of 3. He loves getting on it when he watches Super Why.  Its such a blurry picture, but he was moving so fast.
