Spring Break

We had a fun St. Patricks Day spending the evening with grandma, grandpa and cousins. Can't forget Piper, Penny, and Izzy too!! :) Watching movies and eating yummy treats!

The kids had a great day hiking today with their cousins! Who could stay indoors on a day like today?? Well, Jason I guess. He was busy preparing for his class he is teaching at ASU east campus. Starting tomorrow!!

We had such a great weekend! Thanks to grandma and grandpa Jacobson for treating us to an all U can eat buffet and for showing us such a good time. What memories we will have. Can't wait for 2010!!

H & J's Big Day!

Hyrum and Jarom turned twelve this week. They have had a fun weekend. Saturday morning they went target shooting, later that afternoon Jacobson's laid down wood flooring in the boys' bedroom. G & G. Jacobson came into town for the weekend.
Sunday they were ordained with the Aaronic Preisthood. We had a nice dinner at grandma Tuft's house. They are such great boys, they are setting such an example for the rest of the boys and our family. We love them SO much!


Monday morning they are going to do some Dove hunting, opening day. I told them they could each shoot ONE and only ONE!!! YUCK!(I don't think they will listen). :)

Pumpkin Pie

Today at school one of the class aides told Jason about a conversation she had with Sara.

Teacher: Sara Sue, Sara Q, Sara, what is your middle name?

Sara: Hhhmmmm, I don't know. Sara goes off to play.

Sara: Hey, I remember now what my middle name is...Pumpkin Pie!!!

A little boy standing there listening says, hey my middle name is pumpkin too!! :)

So cute, I am sure those teachers hear all sorts of stories from these kids. Sara came home from school yesterday and slept for FIVE hours, she loves school but it tuckers her out!!
