Wow!! I cant believe its already been one year since my last post!(be prepared its long haha) So so so so much as happened I don't even know where to begin. I will start with last Dec we where so excited to move out of are little town home and were going to rent a home up next to my mom. With the help of family and friend we got all of our things moved up to the house in the garage and we were just waiting for them to clean the carpets. While the carpets were getting cleaned we said with my mom and what was suppose to be 2 or 3 days has now turned in to 10 months! The day that we were suppose to move in there was a realtor showing the house and the owner of the home told us he didn't think he wanted us to rent it any more??? so since then we have been living with my mom and it really hasn't been to bad we are just ready (and I'm sure they are too) to be our own little family again.
So a time line after that, we had a great holiday season and a fun spring. Saul and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary. We had a weekend away from it all :) we went to slc and shopped, ate and went to movies. I know it sounds lame but it was so nice to do what we want when we wanted. We probably hadn't seen a movie together in i couldn't even remember, and dinner without fighting to kids was amazing! lol. I cant even believe it has been that long it doesn't seem like it at all and we have been together for 5 years and married for 3, time sure does fly when you are having the time of your life everyday. I am so lucky to have such an amazing husband that would and will do anything and everything for me and loves me so much And is my best friend. I am so lucky to have my children have such a great dad and even better role model as to how a husband and dad should be.
I turned 24 in July (wow I'm old) i had a great birthday filled with great friends and family. Saul also go a new job, we weren't looking really my cousin had a friend that was a manager of a key bank in Layton and he got saul an interview and one thing lead to another and now he is a relations manager at the Key Bank in logan. He helps manage big accounts and open new accounts, loans ect. He loves it so much, he was sad to leave One Stop not only because had been there for over 5 years but also because he is so close to all the great guys that work there its hard to leave a great job full of great friends. But it has been such a blessing in our lives and he really loves it.
Jentrys birthday was Aug. and she had a "spy" birthday it was such a fun birthday party. we did secret missions and a laser fight (silly string). i made passports for all the kids with their pictures in it and we made spy kits with finger printing and different gadgets in it. jentry got spoiled like always but it was a really fun day. I cant believe she is 7 wow that is crazy!! my tiny little baby is now so big. she is so funny she is such a tom boy but its fun. as much as i would love her to be a girly girl and wear princess dresses and curled hair, she just wouldn't be my spunky little thing she is. i love her just the way she is she has so much personality like she always has and so much attitude (which is not so cute at times). she has reached the age wear she is so sassy and all of the sudden her ears just dont work?? AT ALL lol.
Jentry started 2nd grade this year. yes 2nd its so weird that i have a 2nd grader?? She loves her teacher this year which is a huge change from last year. she actually wants to go to school every day it wonderful. she has nothing but nice things to say about her and the few times i have met her teacher (mrs croft) it has been so good. Jentry is reading so well, she can almost read anything she is so smart. This year in school they are learning how to count money and time, reading lots and lots lots more.
Bronx had his birthday in sept. he is now 2. Its so sad that he isnt a baby any more, but he is such a fun toddler i am enjoying every min of it. he is the funniest kid, and right now he is such a copy cat with everything, my mom sits and reads the paper with her glasses and he has to put glasses on and read to, jentry reads he has to read or play or do what ever sister is doing. his favorite thing to say is "your mean" or "your rude im mad at you" he loves loves toy story all three of them. he sits and says "my shows my shows" he has his own way of speaking and its so cute but you can barley understand him at times. he cant say is Fs like foot ball is" tootball" and fruit snacks is "oot snack' he cant say is CHs he says "bip" for chip. He also names people including himself, he calls himself Booper and so now we all call him that and Bre is Bah and My friends little girls name is Navie and he calls her baby Naynay. he is learning so much right now it so fun to watch him figure things out and he has to do it himself "booper do it mom, booper do it" I am so lucky to have such fun cute kids!
Its now oct and we had a sad start to the month one of sauls really good friends from high school who he as stayed close with and who i had become close to passed away oct 11th. His name is Cody Foster his wife Bridgett and grandma darleen and i became close too its been tough because he was only 26 and his wife is only 22. i cant even imagine the kind of pain they are going through, because i know how hard its been on us. He was up camping and hunting and just didnt wake up he was in a trailer with a bunch of other guys and the still dont know why he passed? i think thats another reason its been so hard because there isnt a reason why it happened? he had a really nice funeral and he was a police officer for smithfield so the had a 10 car police car escort to the funeral home with lights and sirens and the even blocked off roads for the precession line. He would have loved it. RIP Cody we love and miss you.
Halloween is tomorrow and bronx is going as either Buzz lightyear or a cop what ever one he will let us dress him in. he hasnt liked to wear his buzz costume for some reason? Jentry is going as hermione (harry potter) she will look so cute! We carved pumpkins today and had alot of fun its a first for us al,l non of us have ever carved pumpkins before. When we were little my mom didnt want the mess so we just painted them lol. but it was alot of fun, the kids were done after about 30 mins but saul and i and even jardy had fun with it any way.
Well i hope its not another year before i post again but i cant make any promises haha.
