Was planning for overseas christmas holidays this year; but ended up with short trip to Ipoh and Cameron Highland with gang of friends.
It was a relaxing trip since we were driving along the journey, stopped at spots we wanted to hang around, never missed the chance of eating around as well.
From Bidor 鸭腿面; Ipoh 芽菜鸡 ,点心; Cameron 有机火锅 ...
Never ever stop eating. With a minimum budget, we were able to get what we want, what to eat & what to see.
First stop at Kellie Castle, just few kilometers away from Simpang Pulai approaching Lumut.
Followed by row of abandoned residence houses in Simpang Pulai approaching Cameron Highland new road.
Next stop at Ipoh 极乐洞, the natural limestone cave but renovated with concrete sidewall and cement floor. Flow of cool wind could be felt at the inner part.
Stayed a night at Seri Malaysia Hotel, departed to Cameron Highland the next day morning. Tea Plantation was just amazing; we've suddenly fell into the green environment with fresh air.
Tea time with the local tea, both original taste and spice taste, together with a piece of homemade strawberry cake.
Night began with the organic steamboat at brinchang.
Explored Cactus Valley with only RM 4 entrance fees, really opened my eyes!
The Lake House, facing a yellow color lake which i think it was not really nice, however it's just natural..

Ended the trip with bags of vegetables, fruits, and plants in my car; but nothing that belongs to me. To have a wonderful closure of the trip, we're able to catch a dinner at Teluk Gong before back to individual house.Cameron: 25th Dec - 28th Dec 08
